I am so embarrassed to admit to having placed an order with this company, having been taken in by an image of what looked like a stunning summer dress, known as the 'Hilary Dress'. I paid just under £40 for what has turned to be a very cheap-looking, totally unstylish item which I wouldn't wear in a million years!! It took a long time to arrive and bore no resemblance at all to the image I first saw advertised on social media. Unsurprisingly, Zentola has not replied to my letter of complaint and request for a refund.

Very long wait to receive what turned out to fe a hideous garment made of very cheap materials,, Tried to get a refund before it arrived, but no luck. Wish I'd read the other reviews before being seduced by a clever photo and some creative copy
Do not be deceived - this is a scam. Money wasted

Absolutely terrible company, don’t use.
Firstly they are not from London but China. I ordered a dress but it came in a different colour, they want me to return the wrong one back to China at my cost and haven’t offered to send one in correct colour or refund.

This online store is not even worth one star!
I ordered a dress that eventually came nearly 2 weeks later!
Dress was an absolute disaster horrible material and size, was definitely not to size.
Tried to return it and was told that I would have to return to China that implied that if the dress did not get there I would not even get a refund or I could keep the dress and have a 10%refund and give the dress to a family member!
These businesses are criminal and should not be allowed to operate.
