Zen life Grounding USA 

ZEN Life grounding sheets are the worst product and worst company to deal with. The sheets were defective and I called and said I didnt think they were working. They recommended I buy a testing pen which I did. When I tested sheet it showed intermittent grounding spots and only over about 20% of the entire sheet. The company told me to try it for the full 90 days which I did (stupidly) and then when I wanted to return it they said I was past the 90 day warranty period and they couldn't accept! So much for doing what they asked. Stay away from company. So many negative reviews I see now

I ordered 2 Original Grounding Sheets from Zen Life Grounding (£98), which clearly stated "+ FREE Grounding Mat – Worth £45" at the time of purchase. I assumed this meant the grounding mat was included for free — but it was never sent.

To make things worse, the site said it would ship by May 25th, but I received nothing until mid-June, and only after I filed a complaint with my credit card (AMEX), suspecting it was a scam. AMEX contacted them on my behalf, and only then did they finally ship the order, which finally arrived on 2 July.

When the package finally arrived, the quality was shockingly poor — cheap, flimsy material that felt nothing like what was advertised. And still no free grounding mat, as promised.

This company is misleading and dishonest, and I would never order from them again. Poor communication, delayed shipping, false advertising, and terrible product quality. Avoid at all costs.

China! I was back and forth from
January to April emailing then to return my $139 for my sheet They’ve avoiding my emails. I persisted. I Demanded a RA ( return authorization). Sent the package back UNOPENED. Their email then said it wasn’t received. Again an email from me. Then Zen Life says they refunded my money. I sent in the package 2/11:25 and I still have not got credited! Then I got on Google and typed in the tracking number - that was a SCAM! The tracking number was made up.!! Undeliverable! My credit card now had all my documentation and proof that I got scammed and I sure as hell better get my refund!

I made a huge mistake not doing my homework BEFORE I ordered $200 worth of ZenLife.com grounding sheets and mats this morning. That was 2 hours ago and I've still not yet received an email acknowledgement of my purchase. So I called ZenLife, only to hear a canned message directing me to email their support division, which I did immediately. But nada! Nothing! Not even a canned auto-reply. So I called my credit card company to stop the transaction, which they explained was still "pending" so I have to wait until the transaction is completed and then file a dispute. BIG FAT HEADACHE :( Let this be a reminder of a LESSON LEARNED: Do your homework BEFORE you make online purchases.

I can't believe the 1 star reviews. My experience with ZenLife customer service has been 5 star all the way! I e-mailed customer service regarding an issue with my sheet & I got a response the next day. They worked with me every step of the way which required several emails back & forth. Process was fair & responses were always prompt. My sheet was replaced. Product is beautifully constructed and I am very happy with my purchase and their stellar customer service.

I purchased a sheet and two pillow cases that I decided to return and I still didn’t receive a confirmation of my return after several weeks. I am emailing them 5 times already asking about the status of my return and when will I get my refund and I don’t receive any answer.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, no package, and I’m out $179, couldn’t get no help from them

Wife purchased a sheet as a gift for me. Only wanted to exchange the sheet for a mat but they haven't responded to numerous emails, VMs, etc. Advice would be to swerve this lot based on our experience and all other reviews.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They never reply to email inquires to cancel orders. Sent 7 emails. No reply on any of them. Product was overpriced. And customer service phone number doesn’t work. 0 stars. I don’t recommend doing business with them. Ever.

Terrible company to work with. They don't stand behind their product. Their sheets don't work.

Placed an order about a week ago. They already charged my credit card with $170. Shipping status is „ready to ship“ since a week and nothing changed yet since. Sent an email with estimated shipping date ?! Haven’t heard anything back yet.
Guess I got scammed again !

I’ve been waiting weeks for my half grounding sheet,costing £82. like all who have experienced purchasing from this company,after several emails with non responses ,if it arrives im sending it right back…I shall be contacting my bank..

Well I see Zen life likes to post on here that all these reviews are " fake news" I assure you I am a legit customer and these reviews have been spot on , It all sounds great until they have your credit card number , I even paid extra for expedited shipping and insurance , I did receive confirmation of my order but when emailed and called for tracking info I received a message on the phone and no reply to my emails. Makes me regret chosing them over all the other available sources for grounding sheets .

Sheets didn't work (I tested with a multimeter). They refused to take them back, kept ignoring me until I initiated a chargeback but even then they say they won't take them back because the package was opened!

I have not got my item till now. It was ordered on 10/10/2024. The only correspondence I got from them so far is the receipt. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Yet they sent me an email to review their product. I am awaiting their response to their so called review I did before taking a legal step.

Complete scammers.

Bought a grounding sheet which made me feel poorly and gave me shocks actually impacting on my sleep in a negative way. UPDATE: I HAVE EMAILED. U RESPONDED OFFERING REFUND AND THEN GHOSTED ME!
