Despite my claim being really difficult due to the 3rd party being awkward even after accepting liability, Zenith lawyers carried on fighting my case till the very end, I will be honest did take a really long time but I suppose the end result is what we are after and they did that 100%. Regular phone calls and updates kept coming in whenever there was progress or any problem so all in all I would recommend and will be using again if necessary.

I was really stressed after being in my accident. I had fractured my arm in a car accident and the last thing I wanted to worry about was dealing with an accident claim. Zenith took all the worry away from me and dealt with the matter from A-Z. They secured a suitable compensation for my accident through a relatively straightforward process. I would highly recommend them.

Comunication is very poor. Getting any kind of info about the process of the case it's very unlikely. False information received. I have received a complete medical report to sign, without examination also with someone else's accident. My case continuosly has been postponed apparently due to lack of information which I have provided at the beginning. I was in touch with couple of consultants and each one kept asking about the same information like there was no communication between them and everyone were saying something different about my case.

I would like to thank irfan at zenith who dealt with my claim for his excellent work. His professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions when I must have asked what could have been construed as pretty 'silly' questions. I found the whole process stress free due to his input and in the end was very pleased with the outcome which was far more than I had hoped for. I hoped for total support from zenith when I instructed them, I got so much more. I would highly recommend zenith and would definitely use them again in the future. Many many thanks again for everything, you were brilliant.
