Guy they sent wasn't very good. Blew up my toilet twice with diarrhea. Really bad customer service. I told the VA it didn't work out after text after text to keep you hanging on and waiting to get scheduled. Bad experience for me.

Joslyn Lacasse, an employer of yours, was very knowledgeable and professional in her treatment with any and all specific requests as well as in regards to standard procedure. I reccommend her to anyone seeking assistant with physical well being. Highly satisfied with the provided services.

Worst company I ever worked with. I am a professional massage therapist and started working with Zeel seeing veteran patients from the V.A. I had a long list of patients coming to my office and needing my services. Without any notice or probable cause they cancelled all my bookings and blocked my number so I could not contact them. I sent a letter with no reply. They did not tell my patients because they were still showing up at my office and where very confused. I am not the only therapist that they did this to. It is very unprofessional.

I would like to give them NO STAR WHATSOEVER very unprofessional and not helpful in any way regarding support and they put you through hula hoops for no real opportunity.

I like Zeel because I can have a massage and I have to deal with people afterwards. Every massage I get by a different person is a no experience and I learn new things.

Zeel's massage therapist listen to what your needs are and then provides the care and experience to match. They are always very friendly and professional. The ability to have them come to our location, typically a hotel for us, gives us a more relaxed comfort in advance and the ability to take our time and soak it in afterwards without feeling the need to move on. Since we discovered Zeel several years ago we have used them more than any other massage option.

One of the least dependable companies you can work with. Massage therapists show up late, unprofessional, and cancel at the last minute, and the company doesn't care to fix this. They make excuses that harm your business. We have had this happen numerous times, and Zeel doesn't do anything to fix the situation. I have found Zeel therapists sleeping in our rooms. Today's therapist showed up late and sick. Not ok.

I have been a faithful client for almost 5 years and have always had a great experience! They find the best masseuses!

as a former massage therapist, I felt Charlene‘s treatment was one of the best massages I’ve had. She had a very unique technique. Very good pressure, but not too deep. The massage was very thorough. She was extremely professional and kind. I would definitely try to use her for any future massages. i’d also recommend her to anyone that wanted to have a really good customized massage.

Horribly you canceled my appointment and closed my account. What nice things do I have to say besides the two technicians that came out prior to the account being closed were great. I don’t understand why my account was closed. I don’t understand why my appointment was canceled. It’s despicable.
