I am in love with this company

I am in love with this company, everything I ordered came within the time frame that was stated. I did receive the wrong color, sent an email, and received an immediate response (I will keep the one that was delivered). After reading some of the negative comments, I have been in Retail Management for many years, and errors will occur but what's more important is the customer service that you receive after the problem has occurred. After every problem, I also see a response from customer service, and that for me is everything. I will NEVER STOP using Zebit, and I put 3 of my closest friends on to it as well.

I've sent 4 emails to them prior to my order shipping to update the shipping address bc the numbers were transposed and it would be delivered to the wrong address. They have yet to respond to me.im not paying for 146something I'm not going to receive. I will call my bank and stop payment

I recently ordered a 70-inch Farm House…

I recently ordered a 70-inch Farm House Fire Place Wood Tv Stand in Dark Walnut. I received the TV stand on yesterday, as the box was laying on my porch and appeared to be damaged but we didn't think anything of it. We opened the box today in an attempt to put the stand together and the parts are damaged. I am highly upset because I was really looking forward to enjoying the new tv stand. Please contact me to resolve the issue. I will like to return the item in exchange for a new one. I am highly disappointed as this is my first time using the service and hoped for a timely àÀresolution but I recieved an email stating that a claim was filed on Dec 13 and it will take 15 business days to resolve. I have asked for numerous updates abd have not heard back from anyone since the claim was filed. I am frustrated and have seeked assistance from one if the attorney's at work, who told me to give it a few more days and then we can move forward with other options. I am no longer disappointed but I am mad at this point. I now have a huge box sitting in my living room that I cannot use and I plan to ship back to where ever it came from.

My 1st time I ordered two e…

My 1st time I ordered two e certificates and they worked fine.
Well my 2 nd time I ordered two e certificates and the one worked fine but the other one for $150 didn’t work when I tried using it.
I went to TJMaxx and stood in a line for over 37 minutes. The cashier went to scan my eCertificate and it said $0 balance. The cashier even showed me the screen. I was sooooo embarrassed. I emailed zebit and I got a response the next day, late afternoon though.I sent another help email and no response.I’m so stressed out because I’m going out of town and as of 11:02 pm, I still can’t use the e certificate. I want my money back and to never deal with Zebit again.

Bad Business

So, I thought the app was great. I placed a few orders for some gift cards. They stopped me from purchasing one until my account was verified. I sent in a copy of my ID and they released the gift card. Then I went place another order for Christmas and now my account is frozen until I pay my balance in full. YOU GUYS APPROVED me for a spending limit only to turn around and limit the amount I can spend which was less then what I was approved for LOL. Such a joke. But get this. I paid on a few of my future payments in advance and was told that it has to be reviewed after I pay for my balance in full. WHY APPROVE ME FOR SOMETHING only to freeze my account? It's not as if they didn't or will get paid. Good luck. I am going to pay off my balance and close the account. Good luck everyone!

I recieved my ps5, it was brand new. Not locked or anything like that. I assumed the worst of this company because of all of the negative comments, while I don’t doubt that some people could have had a bad experience with zebit, this company is completely legitimate and i will be ordering from them again soon. Ashlie from their customer service department was particularly helpful as she kept a line of communication via email with me the entire time. Thanks Zebit, sorry I doubted y’all. ♥️

I placed an order on 12-15-22 for a digital PS5, a shipping label was created on 12-16-22 for fedex two day shipping with an expected delivery date of 12-20-22. The package has not even been given to fed ex because the shipping status is stuck at “label created”.. I see most of the comments on here saying this happened to them and it ended up being a scam but I really can’t affford to take such a big loss. I think it’s really sad for them to target underserved people to take what last few dollars we have left.. will be seeking legal action if my package isn’t here by tomorrow or has an updated shipping status by the end of today..

I would actually give them 0 stars. I purchased a PS5 on 12/12/22. Never got a shipping confirmation. Today, 12/16---I had a little tiny box delivered that looked like it was ran over by a car. Opened it and it was an empty PS5 remote controller box -EMPTY!!!!! Then I got to my order acct online to see the status of the shipment, bc I am thinking no way this is real. Sure enough, my PS5 status says delivered with a china return address in a little tiny box. EMPTY!!! Of course, I try to call customer service and it's all online. FRAUD. NO NOT ORDER.

I would give this company negative 10 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY from them. I ordered AirPods and they took my money. The package has been pending for three weeks in New York. This is my daughters Christmas gift. I am reporting this company!!!!! FRAUD

RIPPED OFF- SOLD PS 5 THAT HAD BEEN REPORTED STOLEN

UPDATE-I GOT A REPLY-See below. Zebit says it’s an issue with my PSN account. NAH-can’t be. I can’t even get past the the initial start up screen to log into this PlayStation 5 console. Can’t even play as a GUEST. Never even signed into the PSN network. ORIGINAL REVIEW IS ACCURATE- I purchased a PlayStation 5 and received a device reported stolen. I cannot get past the lock screen. This system was over $800 and I am basically stuck!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I can provide pictures as documentation. Customer Service only sends one email a day and they FROZE my Zebit account after writing this review. I had a $5,000 credit line but I won’t be purchasing anything else from ZEBIT anyway!!!

This is my first time using zebit

This is my first time using zebit. I got approved fairly quickly and the confusing part is the website says you can’t make any returns or exchanges but can go through the manufacture warranty once you receive your item. I ordered a $500 plus Gucci belt so I would assume I would have a warranty with the manufacturer. This is NOT the case, so it makes me think this item is not authentic and is just being sold at a high price. Guccis belts are usually sold by European numbers so I purchased the wrong size and tried asking (fairly quickly like day of because I ordered a 40” it said I ordered a 36” but I didn’t!) if after receiving can I contact the manufacturer, it’s been 7 days since purchase and the item still hasn’t even shipped from Florida. idk where it’s coming from but I really don’t want it anymore.what if it starts to shed, what if it lifts, if I can’t contact the person who makes the belt or sells it being it’s name brand for any reason let’s say not for a return or exchange then how do I know it’s even real? It’s not much of a price difference then other belts so this isn’t a steal for a belt at all, it’s not like a sale item price so take the ticket and shut up thing your paying full price. I think I’ve emailed every single day with a different question literally trying to find a way around this… I also assume like many others my tracking is wrong.

I also did the referral to get the $20 so my boyfriend signed up using my link he did not get the $20 off his first purchase though the link said it would after registration. It didn’t go to my account after he made his first purchase and now I’m afraid of what he purchased because it’s also name brand. Where are these brands coming from!? We have four kids we really just though this was a easy way not to spend so much money on each other during the holidays like we usually do now we feel it was a huge mistake! Trust your gut, go into the store and get a credit line if needed and get the actual real deal. I feel like he just spent $1k on a fake for me 🫠

Update***zebit reached out to me within 24hrs. I did receive the wrong tracking number but I also received my merchandise. Kudos!

I placed an order and received an email with the tracking #. I tracked it today and it says it is in transit, but it is headed to Aurora, CO. I live in Pine Bluff, AR. I contacted FedEx and they said the tracking number isn't even for me. Now I have no idea where my package is at and there isn't a phone number for Zebit.

My first experience was not a pleasant one

This was my first time using Zebit and I hate that is not a positive experience. I ordered a 70-inch fireplace tv stand. I received the product on this past Saturday 12-10-2022. The package was laying on our porch. The box was a little damaged on the ends, but we did not think anything of it as we were excited to put the stand together. We opened the package on Sunday and our excitement goes out the window as the first piece of wood we took out the box was damaged. I went on the site and found that there was no customer service number to possibly speak to someone, so I completed the customer service contact card, which says that they will respond Monday-Friday between 9-5. I am now nervous because I feel like no one is going to contact me as I have sent two emails since yesterday. I am asking to return that item and receive a replacement because I really do want the tv stand but a broken one is no good to me, especially for the amount of money that it cost. I need assistance from someone immediately.
