Ordered 2 dresses

Ordered 2 dresses. Arrived in dry sealed packaging on a dry sunny day. Opened the packaging to find both dresses damp and smelling bad. Did an online chat and zapaka refused to pay the return cost and said they would refund the dresses when returned to them in good condition. Very difficult as they did not arrive in good condition. I explained the law states they are responsible for paying the return of goods in poor condition but they dont care. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They are disgusting

Stay away from this website

Stay away from this website, they shouldn’t be allowed to sell in UK. Poor quality and return policy is misleading.After contacting customer service, they sent an address in China as return address. You have to pay to return back to China at your cost. You will be lucky to get the refund. They insist giving coupons, who would buy from this scum website again?

I would give 0 star if possible.

Just got my second faulty delivery. They delivered twice the wrong size Jacket. Terrible customer service. You can only return with a great loss. Do not order with this company all the reviews on their site are fake

Be carefull if you buy a dress from…

Be carefull if you buy a dress from Zapaka. Their return policy is only 7 days from receipt of the order.
Unfortunately the order is not delivered to your door, but to a mail box, so when i actually got the dress i had no longer time to return it.
Normally a return policy should have a 30 days return possibility specially when you buy online and the order is shipped by regular mail

I would give zero stars if possible! I placed my order expecting it to be shipped within 7-14 days, as stated on the website. However, today marks the 15th day, and my order still hasn't been shipped. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it would "most probably" be shipped over the week—no certainty, no responsibility!

I planned accordingly based on their timeframe, and now I’m left waiting with no resolution. When I requested a refund due to their failure to fulfill their commitment, they refused to take responsibility.

If you value your money and time, stay away from this website!

1 STAR IS TOO MUCH...THIEVING COMPANY..BEWARE!!!

If I had the choice I wouldn't even give 1 star. This company are thieves. I had to return a dress in October as it was really big at the top and normal size everywhere else. When I requested a return I was offered a deal..Keep the dress and they'd refund a portion of the money. The dress was of no use to me so I asked for a full refund. I returned the dress( return postage was £14) and despite sending 8 emails I have not even had a response, never mind an refund. I paid £65 for the dress plus £14 for return postage..£79 altogether.
Diabolical Customer Service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . Horrendous after sales . Ordered a size 14 by their size chart . Bust on the dress delivered was 5 inches smaller and hips 10 inches smaller than advertised. Sewing was diabolical !!!

It is a shame they have such poor customer services and extreme, random charges as their dresses look lovely. But the first message I got (which went into my junk inbox, and is dodgy) was about my order being multiple dresses, I had bought 4 wedding dresses, and that they would charge me 30% of the whole order if I was to return them. It was very rude basically saying that trying on and returning is not allowed but they are an online retailer so I don’t understand how people are supposed to find a dress that’s suitable without this.

Then when I replied saying that I was not happy with this abrupt and extreme charge as I am looking for my wedding dress and cannot be wasting money on nothing, they said that if I was to cancel the order, I would get NOTHING back. That’s no dresses and no money returned to me. I said how baffling this system of theirs was as if they sent me the dresses and I returned them I would at least get a partial refund but if they send no dresses I would be £500 down with nothing to show for it.

They then tried to shut me up by just offering me a partial refund, which is half what I paid and is again a very random number which just makes me think they’re making it up as they go. Absolutely appalling service, I would give it a miss despite how lovely the dresses look.

I’m still waiting for a item Incompetent Company

I’m still waiting for a item that was apparently shipped out to me Oct 30.Ive contacted them numerous times,Live Chat obviously as you can’t speak to a human.They keep sending me tracking/transfer numbers yet when I contact Evri the numbers are invalid.The item I ordered was £144 which to me is a lot of money to lose.Im at the end of my tether.Incompetent Company.Steer well clear especially if you’re considering ordering for a wedding as you won’t receive the items in time.

Awful!

I ordered a dress that unfortunately doesn't fit, I contacted them to find out how I can return. They are saying I can keep the dress for a 10% refund?! Even though on the website it says you can return and recieve a 40% refund.
Why would I want to keep a dress that doesn't fit and only be refunded 10% of my total price.

Total loss of trust.

I sent an order for 2 t-shirts and they said they were on the way,alas no order has been delivered and I am out of money.£22 00. It's not so good the money it's just the loss of trust about doing business with on line shops.

Zapaka - can't be trusted on returning items

I rarely write negative reviews but I don't want others to lose their money if they need to return an item. First it cost a minimum of £25 to send the item through Royal Mail, then even with tracking details (which Zapaka request) the returned item appears to get lost in the Chinese system and you are not refunded/credited until Zapaka conveniently receive the return item - which of course they don't. So don't use this company is my suggestion, it can't be trusted!!
