Looks great, guys at the station love it. Only downfall is the remote very cheap. Battery case broke just removing it. Already asked for a replacement.

The construction is very poor
The construction is very poor. The wires in the back are hot glued together, and some of the wire is exposed. It’s only a matter time before the wires touch each other and the sign will short out.

As a handcrafted product, the wiring at the back is manually arranged and secured, which is a standard part of the handmade neon production process. Each sign is built on a 5mm thick acrylic backing, one of the most durable options available on the market.

The product was spot on, the communication was straightforward and efficient. Packaging was great and customer service was above and beyond. I had an issue with the remote and they had a new one sent to me immediately. Wow!

The remote we include lets you easily adjust the brightness, so you can dial it down to the level you like.
Another small trick: when taking photos or videos, lowering the brightness a bit often makes the colors look much better on camera and less harsh. Happy to hear it arrived right on time too!
