Similar to the last review, didn't originally receive any email after redeeming Office 2021, but got the email after calling them. Office working fine after activation.

Super quick customer service! Great price and the product installation is very clear and helpful! Definitely recommend to use Zak!

I had purchased a software office 2021 from wowcher but could not get it to redeem, I got in touch with Zak-learning and dealt with Fabian and he released it for me,then I had a problem downloading the program contacted Fabian again and he very kindly sorted it out for me. I cant praise Zac-learning enough, they have the patients and treat you like a human being well done.

Had to format my PC so lost Office 2019 I purchased from wowcher and couldn't find registration code, phoned Zak Learning for assistance and I had code emailed direct and they sent me Office registration code straight away, so everything sorted now.

When I bought MS Student and Home Office, although I had received the activation code promptly it did not seem to work. When the free trial ended I couldn't use any of the products. I emailed support at Zak, got a prompt reply, followed the instructions and bingo, it registered.

This is the second time i have contacted Zak Learning and again was very lucky to have Fabian help me out. The issue was that I couldn't print in colour from my laptop but could copy a colour document from the printer. Fabian was so helpful and got me up and running again. He is an absolute wizard and I cannot praise him enough. Five stars doesn't seem enough he deserves 100 stars.

i had a major issue installing office on my laptop , had extensive remote assistance from Fabien who resolved the problem and assisted me to clean up the laptop - absolutely first class customer service I cannot state highly enough the professionalism .!

Home user of a new laptop. Down loaded from ZAK, OFFICE PROFFESIONAL PLUS back in February. For some time it worked and suddenly lost it acivation key.
One phone call to thier office and Fab----, was very understanding and helped to solve the problem which turned out to be the onboard Microsoft 365. All sorted and he stayed beyond office hours to complete the task. Its a 10 from me..

today I had problems logging into my account to generate the Microsoft updates Fabian at Zak Learning was brilliant he was helpful, informative and managed to somehow figure out the id created an outlook e mail which we managed to work out . the uploads were successful and he waiting and checked that I could use all the software thank you to the time he took and how much effort it took to navative the process for me as I'm very dyslexic fabulous service highly recommend

I purchased through Wowcher the Microsoft 2019 Home and student. I was having trouble loading the software myself so i called the ZAK learning number for some advise. Fabian answered and knew how to help me straightaway. He sorted the download on the PC and had his team members call the Microsoft help desk to verify to code to assist me further. The computer thanks to Fabian is all up and running and we couldn't have done it without him!! Zak learning are lucky to have someone so knowledgeable helping their customers. Thanks Fabian!!

I stupidly purchased office for Windows instead of office for Mac. I contacted Zak learning to ask for a refund so I could purchase the correct version. I received a reply within minutes and my request was actioned by Fabian. I was also provided with all the help and assistance in the email to download and install the correct version. Really outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased a Microsoft product from Zak-Learning and, due to a Microsoft issue, I couldn't download the software. The Microsoft customer service was useless, offering no help what so ever to help fix the problem. However the Zak-Learning customer service was the best ever. Fabian Rickettes is the most supportive,friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional person I have spoken to in a very long time. I phoned him when I had just about given up the will to live after repeatedly failing to set up something on my computer. Despite my not being able to help him by giving him the information he needed, he did not give up on me or let me give up . He used his vast knowledge and experience to find ways around my enormous ignorance and got me sorted out. He went above and beyond in terms of his time, effort and patience to get me where I needed to be. He explained everything he did, even though he knew I probably did not understand . He was not patronising, but empathetic and perfectly professional. Many, many thanks
