Ik herken veel van mijn casus in wat ik hier teruglees. Ik heb in mei 2021 een pre-order geplaatst (Order #66523) en betaald (geplande levering oktober 2021). Na lang, lang wachten kwam er een mailtje dat de levering vertraagd was. Vijf maanden daarna (juni 2022) kwam een mailtje dat de bestelling niet meer geleverd zou worden zoals destijds geadverteerd, maar met minder inhoud. Toen besloten te annuleren, maar wat ik ook doe, ik krijg mijn geld niet meer terug. Communicatie via email, Twitter, niets helpt. Loze beloftes maar geen reactie meer. Vermijd dit bedrijf als je kunt!

Unfortunately, I can only add to the numerous negative reviews about awful (more like non-existent) customer service and, therefore, loss of cash paid for an item that never arrived. I wish I checked before buying from them but it is what it is. Do yourself a favour and avoid at any cost. Hopefully they’ll eventually go out of business and need to find a proper job one day.

I really wish I read the reviews of this company and didn’t order because it’s been so stressful. I ordered the last podcast on the left comic, I emailed about 10 times over a 3-4 period. I got an email back saying there was a delay and now I’m a month after that and still no update or anytbing from them.
I tried to contact them on Instagram and they ignored me. I contacted them on Twitter expressed my frustrations and they literally don’t me there was nothing they could do and didn’t work in the warehouse but also told me my order would be shipped out soon, after I said that didn’t make sense I was blocked on Twitter. Done a Twitter scroll and could see a lot of people were blocked and experiences issues.
I live in the UK and now I can just walk into a shop and buy the comic but I’ve asked for a refund and still not got it. Sad to see some many bands etc still do business wirh these people after all the stuff I’ve been reading. AVOID!!!
The only reason I bought from them is because last podcast said there is who they were working with and to support them. Won’t ever be purchasing from them again.

Commande passée le 11 juillet au soir puis demande d’annulation et de remboursement faite seulement 12 heures après avoir passée la commande : aucune réponse du site qui indique pourtant (capture d’écran à l’appui) que l’on peut annuler la commande à tout moment et être totalement remboursé…

7 heures après ma demande d’annulation et de remboursement, ils m’envoient un mail m’informant que ma commande est expédiée avec le numéro de suivi.
Je leur renvoie tout de suite un message pour leur demander pourquoi ils n’ont pas annulé ma commande comme demandé et, à ce jour, toujours aucune réponse.

Cependant, depuis le 12 juillet après-midi (nous sommes le 15 juillet au soir), le suivi indique que seule une demande de livraison a été faite : aucune commande donnée au transporteur pour la livraison.

Juste l’impression d’être prise pour une imbécile : facile de faire une demande de livraison sans remettre la commande au transporteur afin de prétexter qu’il est trop tard pour une annulation et un remboursement… Est-ce légal ?

Très déçue : j’avais déjà effectué une première commande chez eux qui avait eu plusieurs mois de retard mais ai malgré tout retenté ma chance. Sur ce coup là j’ai vraiment été stupide, oui.

Do NOT order from this company. It will end in tears. They do not care about their customers. You will wait months, if not years, for your order to be fulfilled and they will not give you any updates, or even replies to your queries. They certainly will not refund your money. It is disgusting that artists still work with them knowing their fans will be ripped off and let down. How many more complaints from unhappy customers will it take before anyone takes action against this rotten publisher?

Ordered from them over a year ago, paid just over £350 for the Alter Bridge package, and still waiting for half the stuff. No updates unless you email them for an update, and even then it’s the same response.

Do not buy from these people.Take your money dont send anything.RIPP OFF.

As others have stated, they take your money and don’t deliver. Terrible company.

Ordered the Freddie Mercury book LAST year, was told there was a delay and to expect it to be delivered MAY THIS YEAR, and guess what NO DELIVERY,NO REPLIES TO EMAILS. Asked for a refund AND DEFINITELY NO REPLY TO THAT EMAIL. DONT ORDER FROM THEM ITS A S### SHOW ps still advertising the book for May THIS year

I ordered the MGK special deluxe blah blah blah and after 2 years I'm still missing things. The quality of the products are awful and some of my stuff arrived damaged. AVOID at all costs!!!!!

Probably the worst customer service I ever experienced. Zero response to literally dozens of emails, DMS etc.
Just do not order from this company.

This company sucks b***s do not order from them they scam you especially on deluxe orders you will not get the full package they will scam you for your money and your time. DO NOT ORDER THIS IS A SCAM A SITE THAT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THIER WORD!!!!

Ordered the Flatbush Zombies book, the vinyl took a bit longer but amazing overall

Ordered the Sublime Super Deluxe book in June of 2021 and still did not get the records that are suppose to be part of the set. There has been no update on when or if the records will be released. Poor customer service and just a crappy company in general. I will no longer order anything from Z2 Comics. I don't mind waiting for an order but at least keep your customers informed on what's going on when the order is almost a year late to complete.

Loved my book ordered an hotel diablo graphic novel and it was great

I'm not loaded just an ordinary guy with little funds. Saved 6 month's for that money. Basically I 've been robbed.

Writing this in April2022 and have had items on order since July2021. Website says in stock but no dispatch and fobbed off when email enquiry sent. Check the Facebook page to find countless customers like me.

They dont answering emails, iam waiting for my order since november 2021. No update, no sorry, nothing. They are a really bad company. They don't notice. Asking: where is my order? no respond. Refund: no respond. Don't buy anything from that company.

Awful company. Take your money but do not deliver

Preordered Ivan Moodys Dirty Poetry costing around £55 ($72) and now it's way past release day and no sign of my order, I've sent 17 (yes I kept count) emails requesting updates and only 2 replies and that were the same saying "we'll get back to you asap" those were 4 months ago.

I've also sent an email just asking for a refund which by the looks I'll never get my book or my money back

This also looks bad for the artists who have partnership with them, assuming their fans get the product paid for but have no idea like 60% never get them.
