After constantly emailing I'm trying to get hold of this company they've still not responded even to my message on here it is ridiculous to consider I've paid for goods that haven't arrived as yet and my next subscription is due and yet I haven't received the goods from the previous month. It's like this company does not want to respond to emails or enquiries and they're obviously having a distribution issue without informing the customers.

I was missing one pack of protein from my order but thanks to Juliana and Adam I got it sent back to me in no time with a free sample of Fizzy Greens! Best service and would definitely recommend this to people who have a young cricketer at home like me!

The quality of the products is great, but on this occasion my experience fell short of expectations. The gummy bears sent had a use by date in November, when I queried this they were looking into it but got no further. When buying in bulk you expect more than 2 month expiry.

I really want to like this product but unfortunately the company has terrible customer service.

I bought a package for my son to assist with his rugby training. Was sent an email straight away saying the chocolate flavour is not available for 2 weeks (why is it for sale then). Swapped for the only flavour that was in stock and paid for next day delivery. That was 5 days ago and ive still not had any update. Ive emailed, tried the chat on the website, messaged them on social media but its impossible to get a reply. I now just want a refund as the items still haven't been dispatched but again its impossible to talk to anyone to sort this issue.

The previous order I received the wrong product and when I contacted the company to let them know they did not offer to rectify.

I have cancelled my subscriptions and found an alternative supplier who I can rely on.

Ordered Milk Choco starter pack which was not shown as unavailable at any point.

Throughout checkout process the only shipping option is Next Day Delivery at £5.99

30 minutes later received a clearly automated email saying chocolate not in stock for around 2 weeks and to choose another flavour. Why make people pay a next day delivery charge if you can't fulfil this?

Responded to this email to say cancel order, as another flavour (of which strawberry was the only choice) was not suitable and a full refund was required.

Two hours later received a WhatsApp saying my order has shipped....

All of this happened after 7pm so it's highly unlikely my order has been picked and packed and shipped, or that an actual human has read my request to cancel order due to it not being what I ordered.

Absolutely do not order from this company, feels like a total scam because I have every confidence I will receive an email response to my cancellation email tomorrow morning saying that my order has already been shipped and that a refund cannot be processed.

Ps YSN, my daughter has a strawberry allergy. I will seek to claim any costs back for this unfulfilled order via my bank or small claims court if this matters is not suitably rectified i.e. a full refund issued.

Yet to receive my son’s first order but with a fussy son I had some concerns around flavours and Juliana was very helpful in her quick response. Great customer service from the off. Looking forward to receiving our first order. Thanks again.

I have a very active daughter who has recently started using Nutriteen and it’s just what we needed. She has one each day and has already started to see the benefits.

Found these drinks to fill the gaps between intense training sessions when they don’t feel comfortable training on a full meal and I can make sure they are getting everything they needs Also help me on the go rather than caving at the next McDonald’s. Would love them to be in individual sachets so I can keep a few in their sports bags. The protein bars are perfect for this. Impressed with the products and feel reassured they are designed for teens.

No reply to emails sent to customer service

My son loves these shakes after a rugby session.

My child loves the product! It is great however YSN are not learning from their mistakes. See other reviews about products going out of stock last year. As a subscriber I would expect that they hold enough stock for the subscriptions to cover any shortage in manufacturing. However what happens is they take your money and then say it is delayed. These are basics that need to be addressed as life is busy enough without chasing products we have paid for on a planned delivery schedule.
1 star is about the company and not the product, the product would be 5 stars.

My son was very impressed by the Chocolate shake and the bars. Having tried several other brands he commented on the taste and how it surprised him how nice they tasted as other products are tolerable but not the nicest. He is really enjoying the Shakes, Bars and Gummies.
