Today a lady CALLED ADELE, helped me to find the right fuel tariff, for my usage. I'm an OAP On a state pension, my current tariff was about to end, and I was constantly being told that a new tariff would cost more than last year's. However. ADELE found me a new company covering my needs for£47 monthly. I have currently been paying £78 monthly and had to be given hundreds ina refund as I wasn't using the fuel estimated. Apart from this Adele, told me what info she needed and where to get it in order to help. She gave me time, and rang me back. She was patient, kind and friendly. I'd been dreading, having to do this but time was running out. We ended our chat, leaving me on a very big high, ready for a great day. Thankyou, U Switch, Thankyou ADELE.

Thanks so much to Chloe at Uswitch, she was extremely helpful and very sufficient on helping me move forward with another company.. thankfully Ive got away from Scottish power! Stay away from them at all costs as they are nothing more than incompetent monkeys!

Wasnt at all sure what to do with regards to switching fuel supplier. Alex was so helpful. Explained everything and helped me decide who was the better company for me.

I changed energy companies this morning with a lot of trepidation as to what it entailed me doing I spoke to a lady Julie taylor and it could not have been easier I was guided through the process from beginning to end everything everything explained clearly and asked after every explanation if I was happy to carry on so pleased I decided to use uswitch john
