Phoned to talk about Gas tariffs. Nicole was very patient, knowledgeable and I received clear advice on my options. I have used uSwitch previously to change Electric supply and that went well. My go to Utilities company. So glad I can phone.

I spoke to Lorraine regarding my energy supply this morning and she was extremely helpful and efficient with full of knowledge. She has been very patient and polite. Honestly I never had this kind of pleasant experience with other suppliers. Normally I spend an hour to fix my query but she only took 10 mins. Stress free experience. Thank you Lorraine

I contacted U switch for help to find a better tariff for my Gas &Electric. I spoke with Julie, who was so friendly and helpful! She advised that at this point in time they had no tariffs available and that I should stay where I was. As that was the best deal. Julie will email me when they have tariffs available. She put my mind at rest and I was able to relax without worrying about my tariff. Thank you Julie 🙏 Beth.

Called regarding gas/electricity , spoke with Julie Mitchell who was most helpful, and has taken my details for a one off email if at any point a better deal becomes available. Julie was lovely to speak with and I am happy with her advice.

I went onto Uswitch to look at the cost of Landlord Buildings Insurance. I specifically ticked to say I didn't want any phone calls. However for the past week I've been getting phone calls from Insurance companies asking if I want to take out a policy with them.

Just switched our Gas and Electricity..Rachel was particularly helpful in explaining the process ( as I was a little apprehensive about how to change supplier) she took time to explain everything to us which helped us to make our minds up.

Excellent service, all my questions answered, didn’t take long, got a great deal switching gas/electric company, would definitely use them again & recommend 😊
