We had an outstanding experience working with Rosen and the team at YouSpace while hosting a series of market research sessions in April 2026.

From start to finish, their professionalism and responsiveness were exceptional. Every request was handled quickly and thoughtfully, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was supporting our onsite team or coordinating logistics remotely from the UK, we always felt in very capable hands.

Their attention to detail and willingness to help with every aspect - from arranging additional furniture to accommodating last-minute needs - made a real difference to the success of our project.

We would highly recommend this office space and the fantastic team behind it, and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Ongelofelijk slecht bedrijf! Huur hier niet!!!! Je moet verplicht een jaar huren, verplicht 500€ aanbetaling betalen als een soort birg dat je huurt. Bedrag zou binnen 2 weken worden teruggestort is na maand nog niet binnen.
Ijskast WIFI en verwarminng doen t niet. Wasmachine wordt voor de deur afgeleverd. Plinten liggen los in de kamer. Kamer binnen een maand vol schimmel. Schandalig!

Ik heb hier twee jaar lang een woning gehuurd en helaas was het een aaneenschakeling van frustraties. De communicatie was ronduit slecht: berichten werden vaak genegeerd of pas na lange tijd beantwoord. Wanneer er contact was, was de toon onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam.

De woning zelf zat vol gebreken, waarvan sommige zelfs gevaarlijk waren of gezondheidsrisico’s met zich meebrachten. Ondanks herhaalde meldingen werden problemen structureel genegeerd of half opgelost. Daarnaast werd er regelmatig gehandeld in strijd met de wet- en regelgeving voor verhuur. Als huurder sta je met lege handen.

Ik zou deze verhuurder absoluut niet aanraden. Spijtig dat er zo onprofessioneel met mensen wordt omgegaan.

Na 2 jaar van dit bedrijf Youspace gehuurd te hebben niet mijn deposit terug gekregen onder het mom van allerlei smoesjes. Het appartement in goede staat achter gelaten, maar toch van alles bereken. Een touw trekkerij. Ik heb gevraagd dit bedrijf mijn deposit terug te betalen maar dat is tot op heden niet gebeurd.
Don’t rent any home from this company as they will rip you off from your deposit. Very bad and dishonest service.

Begin Januari hebben we een appartement bezichtigd. Vervolgens een maand niks van ze gehoord nadat we hadden aangegeven dat we interesse hadden en documenten hadden opgestuurd.
Begin februari kregen we in een keer een mailtje dat we waren geselecteerd waren voor het appartement en dat we €500 moesten overmaken. Na 2 weken nog steeds niks van ze gehoord. Meerdere keren gebeld waarna tegen ons werd gezegd dat we moesten mailen. 2x gedaan en 2x geen reactie. Vervolgens na nog een keer zelf bellen te horen gekregen dat we het niet waren geworden.
Na een week hoopte we ons geld wel terug te krijgen, maar nee. Dit heeft uiteindelijk na 4-5 telefoontjes+mailen (waar we steeds geen reactie op kregen), ongeveer anderhalve maand geduurd.

From start of the lease, the absolute worst service has been received. It is disappointing to have to be asked to 'keep following up with us' if not replied to. YouSpace's pertinent responsibilities become our problems to follow up on. In fact this is very embarrassing for the firm.

In addition to terrible communication, there were often times the absence of important happenings at our rental premises but of course, notes about leaves were sent without failure. Often a desperate phone call is met with a rude reply as if we are bothering them.

With countless poor interactions and pro-activeness, I have 0 trust in this company. I will openly and actively advise others to stay far away from it too. As a leaser, this company will really represent your property in a bad way.

Try your absolute best to avoid working with this company. They will promise many things and not deliver on anything.
Rented a home that needed work, no repairs were done as promised.

Poor paint work, cracks in walls, old decaying paint on the radiator. None of which was repaired during our stay there.

Advice to improve. You represent the owner and their interests, fine, but don't forget the Tenants. They need to be respected as well.

Send advanced communication about events or plans so tenants can be informed to help in the renovation/improvement

Don't make promises you can't keep.

Hire properly trained evaluators/staff when performing in checks and out checks. This will save time and frustration as Tenants will know exactly what issues needed to be corrected instead of surprising them on the final day without proper notification or time to repair.

I did a viewing of one their houses and was asked to make a down-payment of 500 euro which was only unilaterally refundable (i.e. if I would retract my offer I would lose 500 euro) and didn't have any expiration date. For weeks didn't hear anything, and it took several phone calls and emails for the 500 euro to be refunded around a month later. Not a very positive experience.

I had to reject another house to avoid risking losing the 500 euro deposit if I was offered the YouSpace house after all. Unfortunately this appears to be a widespread (yet incredibly dubious) practice among Rotterdam realtors. The house was listed on their website as being supposedly confirmed rented out for 300 euro more.

They delivered a house with a very bad smell problem to me, And didn't fix the issue for 2 months even though I called them everyday.
And they didn't refund me deposit at the end for random reasons.
Do not do business with this company.

Zeer slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf.
Komen afspraken niet of namelijks na, zijn slecht bereikbaar.
Reparatie worden niet uitgevoerd.
Hierdoor hebben we 10 dagen in de kou gezeten.

Snel geholpen met maar 1 belletje. Vriendelijke mensen ook! Zeker een aanrader.
