Whilst my evisa was quickly approved, my partners visa was denied three times with the following message, "You are required to complete all the blanks in the application form." I went crazy trying to figure out what I was doing wrong when I had completed both forms the exact same.

I found Kim through TikTok and reached out via WhatsApp. She answered all my questions and told me to be patient and to keep resubmitting as this sometimes happens. She actually told me to wait a couple more days before using their expedite service as she had hopes that we’d get the evisa approved without having to pay extra.

I planned to go with my family to Da Nang on May 25 and I bought the tickets on May 23. I didn’t notice that US citizens need eVisa to Vietnam until i bought the tickets because my parents are US citizens passport holder.

After i knew to make e Visa on 23 May’s night i don’t have enough time to get the e Visa on 25 May. I saw on the website of Vietnam Immigration , working day will be take 3-5 days.

Then i find the way on YouTube, i found yourvietnamvisa channel explaining about eVisa and got there contact.

Firstly I messaged them they responded immediately at 9:30 pm around, after explained to me they said they can do my case within one day (express service ). So they request me to confirm and make a payment to start the process.

As you know I also worried about the scam before making the payment. But finally i decided to make the payment that’s the only one chance to solve my problem, if i can not I have to cancel all of my tickets on May 25.

Then they send me the payment link via email, after my transfer is completed they start the process immediately at 11.00 pm.
In the next day at 5.00 pm, eVisa for my parents are completely out.

The staffs are really friendly and efficient. When I have urgent problems they can always reply to me in time. Great service!

Some potential improvement:
1. The person who assisted me in the Ho Chi Minh City airport for VISA was not patient and nice. He even disappeared without telling me!
2. The website has some bugs that i cannot completed my application without IT assistance.
