I have used Your Plumber for multiple plumbing jobs. The service is always excellent, from the staff taking the calls in the office to the engineers who visit. CONTACTED THIS LOVELY CHAP ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND SORTED THE PROBLEM WHAT'S MORE IT WAS NOT EXPENSIVE.HE INFORMED ME THE TOILET HAD NOT BEEN FITTED CORRECTLY AND HAD BEEN LEAKING SINCE IT WAS FITTED THAT IS WELL OVER A YEAR AGO. HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS. CAN RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER TO ANYBODY.

So all good until time to pay
So all good until time to pay. I was told bill would total £75 for a certificate. When engineer passed bill to me it came to £77. I handed over £80 and low and behold the engineer kept the change!!! I didnt say he could. Why would I tip an engineer?
Just through principle I shall not use this serbice again!
