Zero communication
I have an order with this company, they have taken my money and I have received no communication from them and no product. I have tried contacting them on multiple occasions to no reward. At this point I want my money back, but can’t even do that as there seems to be nobody there.

Goods never received, absolutely zero communication
Approved the artwork for my Pet Pawtrait mug on the 18th November and from then I heard absolutely nothing. I tried the website, email and Facebook Messenger but in the end I had to report this transaction to my bank to get the money back. This is a great shame as I had no issues last year with my previous two orders.

The first photo I sent in turned out to be too low resolution for them to produce a nice looking product.
Rather than taking my money and running - they let me know this and asked for a selection of other photos from which they picked the best

Fantastic present for a pet lover
Bought a couple of these of our dogs for my husband for Christmas. They look great - like portraits of aged relatives but with your favourite pet’s head. Pet Pawtrait were very helpful in ensuring the photos were suitable to give a really good result. Very pleased with the end product.

The pawtrait is fantastic and it's taken pride of place in our house. There was some damage to one side of the canvas, but it had travelled a long way from India, so this is the risk in transit.
Overall great product.

Hi Karl, thanks for your review. In relation to your feedback, all customers are sent a draft copy for approval before we move ahead to shipping. You'll be aware of this since we did four rounds of revisions for you, which included swapping out the photo altogether for a new one. We give each customer 48hours to provide their feedback and if we do not hear back by then, we assume its okay and then move to print. After sharing the forth revision with you, we never heard back from you so after the 48hours had passed moved ahead and shipped your order.
As for the quality of the product, we are sorry you were not satisfied. Please send an email to hello@yourpetpawtrait.com with detail around what you were not happy about, along with photos if possible, and we'll look to get this resolved for you.

The Portrait
I thought the painting looked amazing but, it is a bit pricy it was nearly £40 but I had a discount.
I have recommended
To family and friends but I did warn them saying it was a bit pricey for an image I know it’s a special image but it still shouldn’t be that much for the amount I paid was a bit pricey for the size of the frame.

The slowest delivery time ever!
The product is great and I’m really pleased with the quality of the print however I can only give 3 stars as my item failed to arrive in time for Christmas and the delivery seemed very slow. Everything was confirmed from the 14th December and I ordered the product on the 10th of December.

Over the moon with the pet portrait!
Over the moon with the pet portrait I received. It was a Christmas gift and it got opened and hung on the wall on Christmas Day! I like the variety of options available and that you receive a preview before the portraits gets sent out. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. And will order from in the future.

Was stuck for a "silly" Christmas present for my Wife until I happened upon an ad for Pet Pawtrait. Looking over the site was really easy and, once I'd chosen my design, it took a couple of click to upload a decent photo - quick and easy!
Got an email to allow me to approve the design before committing and was really happy with the result - finished Pawtrait was delivered in a week and looked amazing.
My Wife's face was a picture when she saw our Puppy laid out in his finest regalia and he now has pride of place in her desk at work!
Great result all round - good pricing, quick turnaround and great product - well recommended.
