I have ordered (and paid) a bridal top on 16 May (more than 3 weeks ago) and received a confirmation on the same day. Since then, despite having sent two messages to get an update, I have not received any news. The tracking link also does not show any progress. I would like to be contacted with an update on my delivery since I am counting on that top to get married in July.

Penny from Your Little Secret Bridal Boutique was so helpful and kindly assisted me in sourcing the exact veil I was looking for my big day! So grateful for her wonderful customer service and the ease of my experience from start to finish. My veil arrived well packaged and I can’t wait to wear it!

I ordered a veil cape on the 13th of February with advised shipping times of 3-14 days, waited with baited breath to receive my dream veil,
had absolutely no contact then messaged on the Shop app (27th Feb) to query when to expect the item as tracking had not been supplied, I received no reply, being a concerned bride I then emailed on the 28th when I found a contact email on the website and admittedly got a lovely reply advising that unfortunately the item was sold out and they were waiting on it arriving from the supplier which had apparently been sent to them on the Friday (24th) and would be sent out the following week, 1st march I receive a reply on the shop app advising much the same,
No tracking updates nor do I get info regarding the situation so I message again today (8th March) to query the situation which is now time dependent and over three weeks from the date of order.

I am advised that given my time sensitive situation they can just send me the sample... IE. The item they use for brides to try on in the shop as it's 'only been worn 3 times so still very new', I query if there is a discount associated given the item is not new and am told they can offer a £10 discount, this amounts to less than 7% of the item value for a second hand veil,replied saying I didn't think this was acceptable given its a used veil,
I have subsequently received no reply over the course of a few hours so have asked for either a deep discount on the USED item or a refund... I await a reply

I'm pretty disappointed and frankly disgusted at the service and lack of communication with this company especially given they are in the bridal industry some attentiveness and care when dealing with people prepping for one of the most important things in life wouldn't go amiss

To offer a second hand veil at the same price as new is ludicrous to me

I found the dress I had been looking for on this site. The owner was super helpful at giving me the information I required to make my decision to buy, even sending me a video and pictures of the dress to reassure me as I wasn’t able to travel to the shop. The owner is so lovely and always responded so quickly. The dress was dispatched so quickly (I think it arrived the next day after payment) and was packaged well and came in a dress bag with lovely hanger. This shop is amazing and I would recommend to anyone. I got the dress of my dreams, brand new with tags, perfect condition at a great discount. Also I was given nhs discount which was super kind. So grateful and highly recommend. Thank you so much.

I arrived to the boutique with my 4 bridesmaids ( a bit much for an appointment) however we were all warmly welcomed into the boutique. We all really enjoyed the appointment and everyone was made to feel special and part of the experience. Penny was so helpful and after I described what I wanted nailed the dress! It is still my favourite runner for the big day and I cannot wait to return to try it on again!!

The item never arrived and I did not get a reply from customer service. Very disappointing.

I got my dress today ! I first went a couple of wks ago and it was the first shop I went to. Cassie was there and she was amazing ! Made it a special day. I went to a few others but couldn’t get The Dress out of my head, and met with Pennie today and the seamstress Heidi. Love, love loved the dress again so much and they were so helpful and patient with me. Nothing was too much trouble and had a lovely experience again and ordered my veil too ! Hands down I went to four shops and this was by far the loveliest experience of them all. Highly highly recommend 💕💕💕💕
