Had quite a few canvas' now they are always great quality. Customer service is very good too. I love their special offers.

Great quality and excellent service. This is the third time I have used this company and everything has been perfect every time. I will use again without any hesitation.

Shabby quality. I've had lots of canvases done through various companies when they've had deals on (as most of them do permanently) and always had great results. The result from these is appalling. The canvas itself is poor quality, you can only see it when looking directly at it, the canvas is no where near as tight as it should be, and you can see the shape of the inside of the frame obviously when looking at the picture. It was an offer for a free canvas just pay (a high) p&p, but I went for a larger size and paid extra for the bigger size. Wouldn't reccomed if your wanting a good result from your image. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3x canvas’s in December, I didn’t get them in time for Christmas (although the delivery time said I would). I should’ve received order by Dec 23rd, by the 6th Jan I still had not received my order. I rang them and had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I was told their printing equipment had been stolen over Christmas, I do sympathise with this as it is a small business, however I was not informed until I contacted them. As a paying customer waiting for an order I should’ve been contacted. When my order arrived 13th Jan, it did not include the picture hanging kit which I paid additional money for. I emailed them and received them a week later. Later in the month when I received my phone bill I discovered that it had cost me £12 to ring them when I was chasing my order. I emailed the company and complained about the call rate after all I was chasing my order because it was so late, they never replied to me. I would not recommend this company, unprofessional and terrible communication.

Lovely items received...brilliant service considering during Xmas 2019 this company had a break in which affected the delivery of items ...however kept informed and items arrive as soon as company sorted issues out ( issues werent there fault )
Fully recommend and will be purchasing many more ...thanks again image on canvas 👍☺️

I have been using this company for a few years now. The quality of there canvases are great I have ordered at least 15 from them and never had a problem with the quality or even the delivery time. I would defenatly recommend your image on canvas to my friends and family. Keep up the great service guys.

Ordered some prints for delivery before Christmas and paid extra for this, still not received prints. Had an email about 7 days after I chased them saying they’d had a break in at their unit but my order should be here soon. Guess what still no order!!! Absolute scam, now opening up a aim with PayPal.

If I could give zero stars I would, I placed my order in the middle of November thinking that would be enough time for Christmas, on my confirmation it said 3-5 working days to process the order which I was fine with. As the weeks went by I emailed asking where is my order and I got a reply asking to check the address and local PO which I then replied to, since that first response I have had zero responses, chased up every other day to give them time to respond but still nothing. I sent a message on their Facebook messenger which is just absolutely useless as no one read it, eventually I had to go through PayPal for a refund and I didn't have enough time to sort an alternative gift so this had totally ruined a gift for Christmas, I wouldn't ever use these again, their customer service is non existent. Wish I had gone with my usual company for the order but thought I'd give these a try, big mistake.

Ordered 13Th December, economy 7 to 10 days delivery. should of arrived by now no anwser on telephone number provided and no reply to Emails, These were going to be Xmas presents but have never came. Scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Not happy with this company at all I ordered my canvases about 2 weeks ago and the delivery was 7 to 10 days and they have just arrived. They sent me no confirmation about my order or anything but took my payment straight away. Trying to ring them for help the phone doesn't ring. Also I paid extra for hanging fixtures and I have been sent nothing and the 2 are the same size and the 3 ine is tiny. I am really not happy as they are Christmas presents.

Couldn't be more pleased with my canvasses. They are first class. Speedy delivery and great communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Ordered 3 weeks ago not arrived no response to emails or Facebook messages. Now having to go through PayPal claim process to get a refund. Absolute joke.

EDIT - after asking for a refund everyday for a week on facebookthey blocked me from commenting and messaging them. Screen shot this and sent it to PayPal who the same day ruled in my favour and refunded me. The same day they blocked me they deleted ALL negative posts asking where their products are. Absolute scam artists.

Would recommend my canvasses are fantastic brilliant staff I emailed them over a issue it was rectified instantly will be using them for a very long time

I ordered 3 for the price of 1, they arrived when they said they would and I would definitely buy again from them. I used images from my iPhone and I am going to have very happy recipients at Christmas

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 2 canvas pictures on the 16th of November. I was promised delivery within 12 working days, and I am still waiting. I have contacted the seller and the company, with no reply, I am now waiting for Paypal to respond to my complaint. Stay clear guys terrible service.
