The website was very laggy. It was very iffy to order wigs off the website due to the lagginess of the order. I hope the wigs are as nice as they look when I get them in the mail. Can wait

Ordering was easy. Amd the fact that they use PayPal.was even.better. I'm just now waiting to see what will turn up

Bait & Switch. This company needs to be shut down. Do not spend any money with them. I purchased a wig from them years ago and was happy with my purchase. It looked exactly like it did on the website fast-forward. I just purchased another wig and they sent me a big ugly untamed poof ball. Poorly made wig that was totally different than what they represented on their website the cut and the color was completely different. Their customer service is horrible. I went back-and-forth with them a few times. They want me to pay shipping to send it back to them plus a 10% restock fee , or they offer me $15 to just keep the wig. Naomi their customer service rep tried to tell me that their stylist flat irons and styles the wigs and due to shaking during shipping it lost its style that is a bunch of bull crap the cut color length & style is totally different, so even if I were to flat iron it which I did it looks nothing like the wig that they advertise on their website that I thought that I purchased, and now they are giving me the runaround and do not want to refund my money. I should not have to pay to send it back to them. This is a horrible company do not purchase anything from them. I will never purchase anything from them again they should be put out of business. Scammers with no conscience or integrity. SMH

It does not look the same as what was shown.

This company is a fraud! Items received were totally not as advertised. There is no phone number to contact anyone and it seems like the email responses are from bots since the same responses are repeated and a China address is given for returns. Although money was received in great Britain and package was mailed from California. I am working on who to report this fraud to.

This company is horrible! Bait and switch Will never buy from them anymore, called to send them back and was told i have pay for shipping myself, and that there was a good chance that it would never make to them, and it had to be back to them in 15 days!!! From ohio to china!! And it them 5 Days to replay back! And if I decided to keep the wigs they would refund me $10, this place should not be in business,they send nylon wigs, nothing like they said or what they model was wearing DON'T Waste Your Money and Time!! And 2 of the wigs did not fit, and I think they should be closed down for good! They wasting people's time and money! Shame on them please please don't buy anything from them or you will regret it!

This is bait and switch advertising. Totally deceptive advertising. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 3 wigs ($75 worth) during Black Friday sales on Nov 25, 2023. I received the wigs on December 16th and they look nothing like the wigs the models had on: very cheaply made. The difference is like night and day. I requested for a refund and got an email
saying they’ll refund $10, claiming that if I want to mail it back, I will have to pay international shipping at my own cost. What happened to good customer service & free return label? It appears the package came from a local distribution warehouse, so why can’t it be returned there, instead of China?
After I threatened to report them to the consumer protection agency, they changed the refund to $15. Totally preposterous.
This is my first time buying wigs online and it hasn’t been a good experience. I’m not sure how these perpetrators sleep at night. How could you be so greedy and take customers hard earned money without delivering what you promised? Pure wickedness.
They are just taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. And when you realize your mistake, you can’t get your money back and you are stuck with a cheap wig you don’t want. I’m going to dispute this transaction through my bank.
Stay away. It’s too good to be true!

Update as of Dec 23rd, 2023:
I remembered that I included insurance (fee of $1.36) whilst checking out. So, I filed a claim with Seel Resolution Center & received $66 via PayPal on Dec 23rd. But that’s after threatening to report them to the FBI & have them tracked in China. So, I received 88% of my money back. Better than the initial offer of $10.
I also reported them as a scam to Facebook.
This company should be shut down for good.

This is my first experience buying wigs online as the choices were great. I hope when I receive them they will look as great as pictures online

Don’t buy anything from here. They take forever to ship it to you. The wigs are poor quality. I asked for a refund of the 40 dollars I paid and they only gave me 10 dollars.

They misrepresented the wigs that are for sale. Not sure where they stole the pictures for their website from but they should be ashamed. The wigs are nothing like I ordered. I wish I knew how to post pictures on here so that you could see for yourselves. They do not offer you money back, they offer you store credit as if you would shop with them again. Scam artists and they should be ashamed.

Site was easy to navigate. I was hoping there would be a selection of braided wigs. I am hoping they are as described.

I ordered 3 wigs from this company and the only good thing I can say about them is I did at least receive 3 wigs. One of the wigs wasn’t fit for purpose and the other 2 wigs were not what I ordered. The company response was to keep the wigs and they would credit me $10 because to return them would be costly. The wigs cost me more than $10. I wear wigs for medical reasons and I am more than upset with what I have been offered, especially as 2 of the wigs received were the wrong items !

Site was user friendly and has a great selection to choose from.

The site was easy to navigate and purchasing was very easy. There were plenty of choices and the descriptions were clear and concise. If the site and service is a reflection of the products, I can't wait to receive my order!

I was able to select some of my favorite styles and colors (without having lace or glue)👍🏼!!! Once I receive my Order and my Wigs look like your advertisement, maybe I can Rate company as 100%.

Piece of crap!! I ordered 3 wigs. They have no support ( no combs to hold and no type of adjustment) fall right off of your head, won’t refund your money. Claims it will cost more to ship back for refund then the price you paid. Offered me $10 refund

Loved the process. Waiting on my order now. Let's see the mailing process as well.
