As a first time customer, I made an enquiry on the chat regarding a suit and reply was prompt and the following commmunication was polite and helpful. Also felt like I was actually speaking to someone who was interested in what I needed! Suit arrived on time, accurate As picture, good quality and very much value for money. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Great service and quick delivery

I ordered an outfit that was showing as available on the website the payment went through and the order was made. The next day I got a call to say that it was not in stock and it should not have been available . So basically it was just a big waste of time for me .

Very disappointed with the product. Looked so cheap in real life compared to what is advertised on the website. I paid £63 the most I would pay for it is £15/20. Would’ve liked to return this piece but I ordered it for a family member for Eid day. Won’t be ordering again in future.

Exactly as pictured and if anything even better! Great customer service from online chat at time of ordering as well as fast shipping. Quality in keeping with price and would highly recommend.

It was my first time ordering from here everything was handled smoothly , the suit was exactly like the image and I received it very quickly only 2 days after ordering. I also reached out to customer service who responded very quickly to let me know about shipping time and making sure my suit arrived in time for eid. i would definitely order again!

The customer service is great, plus you can get returns! which is a foreign concept to other asian clothing businesses. I would also like to add the delivery is super quick. further the quality of the suits are good, but choose wisely, choose something you know will look good on you. Overall good experience .
