I sent an email on Friday the 9th and received a reply on Monday 12 October. So it was a quick return. Also the adviser gave me enough details to reassure me that my order was in process.

Silly Me!

I had a need to contact YoungWriters in regards having selected the wrong delivery option.

Lily responded really quickly with guidance on how to upgrade, and couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly.

The whole experience of ordering and paying for items was buttery smooth, as was my experience with the team.

Thank you!

The staff are very kind and courteous. Managed to speak with them about a query that I needed to be resolved and they were able to do so right there and then on the phone call. Thank you Gemma.

Aaliyah is extremely helpful!

Aaliyah was so extremely helpful with the issues I was facing. It was definitely the most positive experience I have ever received from a form of 'customer service'! If I were to have any more inquiries with Young Writers, I would return to my emails with Aaliyah so that great support would definitely be provided. Thank you so much Aaliyah!
