You have the flexibility to work from home and can pick your own schedule, which makes it easy to combine with other important aspects of your life. Für Freelancer eine idela Plattform. So kann man auch an interessante Projekte kommen. In den Projekte habe sehr hilfsbereite und unterstützene TL, die ein durch die Projekte führen. Bei Fragen ist schnellstmöglich auch jemand da. Das Geld kommt immer wie vereinbart.

Ich hatte Glück und habe sofort ein Projekt gefunden und schnell gemerkt, dass deine Arbeit sich lohnt und man sehr viele Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten hat. Die TTls sind aktiv und kümmern sich wirklich um alle Anliegen. Die Flexibilität ist natürlich der Hauptgrund. Die Zahlungen erfolgen problemlos und immer pünktlich.

Incompetence
I changed my phone and the authentication code for logging into the platform disappeared. I contacted their support and they promised me for 10 days that they would solve the problem and that it was forwarded to IT. However, that problem was never solved and only empty promises remained. They seem to be so incompetent that they can't restart the auth code.

Jahre Lang beim Projekt o2 Gearbeitet, dann haben die ewig Probleme mit der Auszahlung gehabt, Leute mussten Monate auf ihr Geld verzichten, dass die nicht verstehen, dass man dann nicht arbeitet ohne geld, scheint ihnen egal zu sein, man wird auch ohne Vorwarnung gekickt, leider NICHT MEHR zum empfehlen, seit die neuen TTLS im Backoffice sind, ist alles dort schlimm geworden, mehr als 80% des Teams sind unzufrieden, es heißt nur noch MUSS MUSSS MUSS, aber das Menschliche wird dort vergessen, ich würde mir das zwei mal überlegen, noch ein Projekt von o2 bei Yoummday anzunehmen.

I am currently working on my second project with them and I have no complaints everything has been handled exactly as I was informed from the beginning. I have been working with Yoummday for several years now, and I would like to share my personal experience because I see many negative reviews that, in my opinion, do not reflect the reality.
Over the years, I have experienced Yoummday as a professional and reliable platform where motivated people truly have the opportunity to work and grow. Of course, you are expected to take your work seriously, respect deadlines, and communicate properly – but that is normal for any serious company.
Many of the negative reviews I see online are not something I personally recognize. In my opinion, a lot of these comments come from people who were not accepted or who did not meet the expectations required to continue working on the platform. That can be frustrating, of course, but it does not mean the company itself is bad.
One important thing I want to highlight is that during all the years I have worked with Yoummday, I have always been paid correctly and on time for the work I have done. I have never experienced any payment issues.
My experience with the team has always been professional, with clear communication and support whenever needed. That is why it is unfortunate to see people trying to damage the company’s reputation while my experience — and the experience of many others — has been very positive.
For me, Yoummday has been a reliable partner for years, and I would definitely recommend it to people who are serious about their work and willing to take responsibility.

Voice recordings: Your voice recording is an important part of your profile. It allows you to show your communication skills, clear pronunciation, and a friendly, approachable personality. This helps project managers get a better sense of you, especially for call center projects.
Profile photo: A photo is optional, but it can make your profile more personal and memorable.

start working for this firm is a nightmare
1 if you live in be/nl you get 14 euro /hour brutto
2 if you live outside this countrys you earn 10 euro/ brutto
3 your training for 2 weeks is not paid
4 their accounting system is not approved outside germany so you will have control of the tax office
5 you do not have a legal contract, only the classical GPDR law explanation
the management are freelancers who are looking for bonusses by quoting down your results

Compensation: Hourly rates vary due to local regulations and project agreements. All rates are fully visible before applying for any project, so every talent is fully informed before starting.
Training: All training conditions are explained clearly during onboarding for each specific project.
Taxes & Accounting: As freelancers, talents are legally responsible for handling their taxes in their own country. Our accounting system complies with German law, and all freelancers are informed about their obligations.
Contracts & GDPR: yoummday is a platform that connects freelancers with client projects. This means talents work on a self-employed basis rather than under a traditional employment contract. All legal and GDPR requirements are met and openly communicated.
Management & performance: Performance metrics are used exist solely to ensure project quality and client satisfaction. They are not linked to bonuses for management, and all freelancers are treated fairly.
Platform role: Freelancers work directly for the clients of each project, not for yoummday itself. We coordinate and support but we are not the employer.

Die Arbeit bei Yoummday ist leider sehr problematisch. Zwar sind die Kollegen freundlich und die Schulungen strukturiert, aber die Vergütung pro Aufgabe ist extrem niedrig und steht in keinem Verhältnis zum tatsächlichen Arbeitsaufwand. Die Anzahl der verfügbaren Einsätze ist oft deutlich geringer als angekündigt, und die Auszahlung der Schulungsvergütung ist an Bedingungen geknüpft, die in der Praxis kaum erfüllbar sind.
Unter diesen Bedingungen ist ein wirtschaftlich tragbares Arbeiten nicht möglich. Wer auf fair bezahlte Freelance-Arbeit angewiesen ist, sollte hier vorsichtig sein.

Transparenz ist uns sehr wichtig: Die jeweilige Vergütung pro Projekt ist bereits vor der Bewerbung vollständig einsehbar, ebenso wie die Bedingungen der Schulungsvergütung. Zusätzlich gehen wir diese Punkte im Recruitinggespräch nochmal durch und stehen jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung, falls etwas unklar sein sollte.
Die Verfügbarkeit von Schichten richtete sich nach dem Callvolumen unserer Auftraggeber. Da dieses Schwankungen unterliegt, können wir keine feste Anzahl an Schichten garantieren. Auch das kommunizieren wir im Vorfeld.
Gerne würden wir deine konkrete Projekterfahrung besser nachvollziehen und mit den Projektverantwortlichen Rücksprache halten.

Unseriöses Unternehmen. Du bewirbst dich vergebens, wenn du keinen von yoummday kennst. Ich kenne sehr viele, die kein deutsch können und dort arbeiten, weil sie jemanden dort gekannt haben. Die ganzen Angaben, Tests, cv und was man alles dort fordert kann man sich sparen. Ich kenne sogar jemanden, der nichts in seinem profil bei yoummday stehen hat und er wurde direkt angenommen, weil er jemanden von dort kennt. Also: nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Uns ist wichtig, das transparent einzuordnen: Natürlich kommt es vor, dass Talente über Empfehlungen oder persönliche Kontakte auf uns aufmerksam werden – das ist in vielen Bereichen ganz normal. Ob jemand in einem Projekt starten kann, hängt aber immer von den Anforderungen der Projekte ab. Sprachkenntnisse, Qualifikationen und die Inhalte im Profil spielen dabei eine große Rolle und werden im Bewerbungsprozess geprüft – unabhängig davon, wie man zu uns gefunden hat.

After applying i have recived an Email to confirm my teams meeting i was exited an manged to be free the day of the meeting i recive 2 emails one to say be ready one to say cancelled due to the rules in my country ( even though my country is one of the first country motivating and establishing the infrastructure for remote work..)
I sent email for clarification but no reply, looks like this company it self has a luck of professionalism how it's possible that its serves other companies...

thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand how frustrating the situation must have been, especially after preparing for the onboarding call.
To give a bit of background: in some countries, legal and regulatory requirements mean that we cannot offer contracts yet, so onboarding isn’t possible in those regions at the moment. These countries are automatically blocked during registration to prevent issues.
In your case, however, the cancellation was triggered accidentally by our team — it shouldn’t have happened, and I’m really sorry for the confusion it caused.

This company doesn't pay their customer support agents. After letting me go off the project for data security reasons (which i can't object), they ignored several of my requests to pay me for November 2025. Illegal and disrespectful. I recommend avoiding!
