Repair man came straight away, He was very knowledgeable and fixed my PC (Including replacing a part) within the hour. Price was good. I wouldn't hesitate using these guys again

My laptop was behaving intermittently - shutting down randomly and so I messaged Yorkshire Computer Systems on a weekend and was able to arrange for a repair for Monday - my hard drive was busy failing and so Darren replaced that and also supplied a secondary slimline PC. I was very appreciative of their expertise and sound advice. I now have setup a dual redundant system so that I will never be without computing power again. I would recommend Darren very highly!

Darren confirmed my suspicion that the laptop battery needed replacing and after a couple of. email exchanges he sent me a quote which I accepted. When he came to replace it I was surprised that the quoted price included his call-out and time!
On another occasion I felt something wasn’t right and Jamie came, spent some time checking the laptop but insisted there was nothing to pay.

After my husband died, my printer quit working due to my internet provider. I was in a panic trying to figure out what happened! My husband was the one that did techy stuff. Darren came out and saved my life. Found out what was the problem. I bought a new printer and Darren came out and got me back on track. It’s so nice to know someone is out there that can help me with any of my techy problems. I’m forever thankful for all his help!

Yorkshire Computer Systems dealt promptly with my computer problems and when I needed a new computer they efficiently organised the purchase and installed same very quickly. Follow up questions answered with the same efficiency.

This company has been very helpful promptly and efficiently solving my PC issues such as main drive failure requiring a new drive and re-installation of Windows 10, hard drive failure and several other issues. Darren has shown himself to be knowledgeable, skilful in diagnosing problems and solving them and rectifying. I highly recommend this company.

I was in despair with urgent work to do and unable to use my laptop. I made contact at 0630 by email and Darren was at mine at 0830. He calmly and immediately identified the problem - the dog had chewed the end of the charger lead! YCS also did another job for me in a short time - responded within minutes of the phone call, no fuss, Darren was so helpful with both jobs. Very polite and professional, read my anxiety straight away, didnt take any unneccessary time but made sure the job was complete. I will always use YCS in future. Ive joined the YCS fan Club!

I have used this company. They destroyed three hard drives for me. I found them a good service and not too expensive. I can`t remember when but it was in the last year.

I went on the website and got an immediate call back. My computer had run out of memory. Within a few minutes a solutions was proposed and then a visit two days later. 30 minutes after all done and good as new.
Also needed some follow up questions on Windows 11 which were answered immediately and politely. Very good service.

Came out the same day which was good, but the guy was quite condescending. I'd looked to see if there were other ways to fix my laptop other than completely wiping it and losing everything and he had no patience or sympathy for it, and when I agreed to it after he kept saying it was my only option, I got quite a sarcastic 'are you sure', and honestly it seemed like he found it quite funny when the reality is I lost everything on my laptop and paid £100 for the privilege. Maybe he was having a bad day as all other reviews mention a professional attitude but I didn't experience that.
