Richard provided an absolutely first-class service that greatly exceeded our expectations. We only realised late in the afternoon, after returning home from hospital, that my wife urgently needed a hospital bed. Richard responded with remarkable speed and efficiency, arranging for a bed to be delivered and professionally installed by early evening.

Throughout the process he was courteous, reassuring and highly professional. His outstanding service made a very stressful situation much easier for us, and we are extremely grateful. We would recommend Yorkshire Care Bed Hire without hesitation to anyone needing this service.

What a service we have just had from this company, and all the staff we have dealt with, including a call from the owner.
We was in urgent need of a bed due to an early discharge from the LGI. We made a call on Thursday at 5.25pm, and we had our bed the very next day at 8.30am. Now that’s what I call services, they reschedule a delivery in York to prioritise us due to our request being urgent. Thank you once more we really do appreciate your company, and your staff.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. I thought it was going to take a lot of work to find a bed but the 2nd call I made was Yorkshire Care Bed Hire.
It was such a relief speaking to Richard, a very professional, compassionate and understanding man who arranged a bed to be delivered to us on the same day …. “No trouble at all”. It felt like a weight being lifted from my shoulders. And Ric too who drove all this way (we’re in the sticks) assembled the bed on arrival and gave us all the info we needed.

Excellent customer service from first phone call to final pickup of bed and table. Richard was so helpful which meant a lot to me when trying to organise the things I needed for the discharge of my husband from hospital. I was worried about delivery due to my road being difficult to drive to. This proved not to be a probIem at all for Richard. (Ambulance transport didn't make it!!!). I would have no hesitation in recommending Yorkshire Care Bed Hire.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT....

Broke my leg and ankle and needed a comfortable bed where it was easy to elevate the bones. Also - something that raised me up at the back so I could read...eat...sit up. Richard was fantastic and the bed was just what I needed for as long as I needed it for.

The service from start to finish was excellent, Richard delivered and collected the bed. It made such a difference in my wife’s recovery. I would recommend to anyone who needs either short term or longer term care.
