Lovely coffee and great customer service.

I've bought York emporium coffee for a few years now and it's always impressed me. Consistent roasting and some really amazing, interesting coffees.

I'm always a fan of natural processed beans, their Ethiopia Keramo which I bought last sept sticks in my mind as one of the best bags I've ever bought.

Always good value delicious coffee with free delivery over £35 order. We should all be supporting local business like York Coffee Emporium.

I've enjoyed York Emporium Coffee for years ever since I worked next door to one of of the founders. Great local company and great coffee.

Originally I bought beans for my son-in-law every Xmas and birthday because he really enjoyed the variety. Now I buy for my son and myself also. The Monsoon Malabar is our favourite: rich, full-bodied flavour and always perfectly fresh. We enjoy other flavours too.

York Coffee Emporium has been my go to for years and it never disappoints. I was a huge fan of the Clifford a beautifully balanced flavourful roast that I truly miss since it was discontinued. That said their Excelso has more than filled the gap. It’s rich smooth and packed with character an absolute joy to drink every morning.

The quality of the beans is consistently outstanding and the service is always spot on. You can tell this is a business that really knows and cares about coffee. Whether you’re a casual drinker or a full on coffee nerd I can’t recommend them enough.

Been using York Emporium for a few years, ordering freshly roasted beans every few weeks. Love the rebrand, especially as the packaging is now fully recyclable. Coffee is reasonably priced with a good selection and all the staff I've dealt with are all friendly and helpful. The only one criticism I have about the rebrand is that you can't see coffees in price order. Not an issue, just unusual and sometimes I just want something cheap(ish) when I have family around that don't appreciate the good stuff! It means I have to go into each product to see the price.

I have been a regular subscriber to their Roaster's Choice selections for a couple of years now. Each month a bag of coffee arrives in the post and I have never been disappointed. Each month a different coffee- so there's a twinge of excitement as I open the box, and voila! Delicious coffee, freshly roasted and ground to my preference, for my Aeropress. Guests are always impressed when I serve it too.

Quality coffee, freshly ground to order. The convenience of being able to collect from York and the loyalty scheme are additional perks that make it all the more tasty :)

York Emporium coffee is consistently fresh and delicious. I really enjoy the choice of coffees - they feel very special and considered. I particularly like the Single Origin range. They are sourcing really interesting, ethical and rare coffees and I enjoy reading the info they provide on origin, etc. I think the new branding is great fun with bags of personality. Well done York Emporium!

Delicious coffee – my favourites are the Guatemala and The Cobbles. I ordered from their website, really simple to order, got 10% off for joining the mailing list and it arrived 48 hours later. Nice beans, freshly ground – great coffee! Will buy again

Don’t like the new packaging. The website and rebrand are trashy. Won’t be buying again. Found out my coffee, I have bought for 6 plus years is in the clearance section. Not clear what you are buying on the packaging.

I've been a happy customer since before Covid, but I really do not like the new website, and the range of coffees seems to have contracted.

Previously it was easy to compare coffee types, strengths and prices, but now it isn't, and you have to click each one separately. Instead of the information we now have imaginative artwork.

I may have ordered my last coffee today from the Coffee Emporium. In future I'll probably get it from Waitrose.
