Hello Alexis,

We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience, and we’d like to help clarify and resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

At YoniBet, we always pay our players when their bets are valid and winning. If there’s ever an issue or a result that appears incorrect, we investigate and correct it when needed.

To move forward, please send us the Bet IDs of the tickets you mentioned (those you believe should have been marked as winning). You can contact us directly at support@yonibet.com or via our Live Chat, and mention “Trustpilot – Missing Winnings” in the subject so we can prioritize your request.

🛠️ Once we have those details, we’ll:
– Review the bets step by step
– Check the result history
– Fix and credit the winnings if your bet was indeed valid and affected by a mistake

We take transparency seriously, and we’ll do what’s fair.

Looking forward to your message,
YoniBet Support Team
