I used the ”Buy for me” service, where they ordered for me and then sent it to me in Europe. Everything went smoothly, and it felt like it went quick too. The costs were 12% extra for buy for me, repackaging (my choice), then the cost for sending and customs costs. But it’s cheaper than göing to Turkey!

Excellent service at a good price. They are very reliable. I've used them a lot, even from Canada, to buy sportswear. I don't understand the bad reviews when they are extremely careful with the products and professional. I have literally used Yollando's service more than 11 times and have never had a problem.

At first, no one responded to emails or WhatsApp to answer some questions, but after taking the risk and making the buy for me purchase, everything went super quickly and smoothly! However, tjey responded. Took a few days, but my question was answered. To ship to Portugal I chose DHL because they work very well in customs. Thank you to Yollando for helping me shop in Türkiye! I didn't think the cost was too high, but fair. Everything went perfectly! Thanks!

Paid €171.91 – no funds credited, no service, no refund
On 15 Aug 2025 I paid €171.91 to Yollando (payment approved by Ziraat Bankası and debited from my Revolut account).
However, the money was never credited to my Yollando wallet (0.00 $) and my order status is CLOSED.
I could not place any order. Despite proving this, Revolut closed my dispute because the merchant only confirmed the payment was “valid”. But the real issue is that the service was never provided.
This is unacceptable: I paid but received nothing in return. I demand a full refund of €171.91.

No contestan ni por whatsapp ni por mail, cobran importes extras por duplicado no informados previamente y no envían los productos.

Yollando has some of my packages. They are stuck in consolidation now 2 weeks. I have been unable to contact them at all, which is every day the past 2 weeks. I tried calling using 3 different phone numbers, tried whatsapp (via chat and voice call), Facebook Messenger, comment on their Youtube channel and by email. Nothing. I suggest if you are considering using them, contact them first to see if they are there.

Edit July 17, 2025 It is now a week later I have still had no reply (now 3 weeks) and I can't get through to them. My message on their Youtube page was deleted.

It was the most expensive bag I've ever bought after paying everything. First it was paying the cost of the bag, then for Yollando's servoces. After that an incredible high cost was hit at me for the shipping fees and after it arrived to my country the customs demanded that I pay more than the bag cost originally. Just a horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend this service if you don't want to get ripped off. The total cost of the bag cost me three times more than the original price of the bag. NOT HAPPY!
