Just got my second order from Yo K-Beauty. The customer service is amazing. I contacted them via instagram for advice before I placed my first order, and got so much guidance on what to use for my skin. I absolutely loved everything in my first order. My skin feels so nice now !!
I have just placed another order with a few extra products added in. I can’t get enough of these Korean skin care products.
Everything is really reasonably priced and delivery is so quick. Would highly recommend.

I’m really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. I can see it was placed on 15 January and dispatched on 16 January, but it was sent via an untracked service so we’re unable to view delivery scans.
Please email us at hello@yok-beauty.com with your order number (or the name/address used) and we’ll get this resolved straight away - either a replacement or a refund.
