My yojo experience so far 💚
I have been using yojo for 8 weeks so far. As an adhder, I have a very reactive and highly sensitive nervous system, and so the numbers from the scans before and after my yojo sessions are currently a little inconsistent, but insight from the app tells me that my nervous system is currently in the adaptation phase.
I do feel as though I am recovering more quickly from day to day stressful events, and that I am generally calmer and happier, and I feel confident that my numbers will continue to improve and that, in time, my quality of life as a highly sensitive neurodivergent human being will improve too ❤️
The customer service since the very beginning of my yojo journey has been wonderful, nothing has been too much trouble, including sending me a new earpiece when I thought it wasn't working (it was 😅) and recently three new gel pens so I can carry on using yojo.
Hannah, the yojo coach, has been so helpful and encouraging throughout, and we have an online consultation in two weeks time to analyse my scan results and talk about how to maximise my results and make improvements ❤️
The app is also very helpful, with a range of information and exercises designed to support the device, and the yojo journey itself.
I took a chance on yojo when I was in a highly reactive state, and when it felt like everything else I tried was not working out for me. I do not regret my (slightly impulsive 😅) decision, and am hopeful that a more balanced life awaits me as I continue to use yojo and make changes to my lifestyle to support my wonderful (albeit rather frazzled) nervous system ❤️
