If I could give zero stars, I would. What I ordered looked NOTHING like what was advertised. I emailed and asked for my money back. So far, they have offered me a 15% refund, which I told them was no good. I want a full refund including shipping, as I NEVER would have ordered the product if they didn't lie about the way it looked in the first place. Horrible China company and NO ONE should order from them. I hope they go out of business.

I bought a hanging basket and I was sent a tiny stem. I went through the right channels to get my refund that they said that they give 100% they would not give me a refund. They said that they offered me 20%. I wrote them a letter and said that wasn’t doable that this was fraud it wasn’t what I ordered. They came back then and said they would give me 30%. I have still yet to get any money collected from them I told him that wasn’t good enough. I wanted 100% like the ad showed. I would not buy from this company at all.

Wish I could provide zero stars. Buyer beware. Products not provided as advertised or as purchased. Stuff is total junk. My fault for not looking this company up first. Purchased American Flag Pathway Lights –for 250th Independence Celebration 🇺🇸
1 Set (4 Pieces). Received the 8 pieces instead, for which 3 of the 8 were broken. The flags were 1/2 the size advertised. I was duped. When I opened the box it was laughable. Didn’t even try to return since it would probably cost me more to return them in the end. Lesson learned!!

They had advertised a big full plant that you could pop in a pot on its own and be beautiful and full instead I got a sprig. It’s about 12 inches long. That absolutely looks artificial and it’s definitely not full absolute rip off. I have never been so disappointed. I could’ve got the same thing at the dollar tree.

I ordered 2 flower pots. Was supposed to come with the flowers and a pot. I only got a stem of flowers, one pink and one purple. I emailed them and they said the pictures are dramatic and better for sales. Asked for a refund and said no because I got what I paid for. EVEN THOUGH, says “if your unsatisfied with purchase you’ll get a full refund”. Then they try to give me a 15% discount and I told them no THEY BLOCKED ME!

The pictures were very deceptive. I thought I had ordered a full basket of hanging petunias and flowers to fill a pot. What I got was 3 small stems that did not look like pictured and the full pot of petunias was 3 small stems. What a joke. I will NEVER order from these people again.

This company is a SCAM! Do NOT order anything from this company as you will not receive what is pictured on the website. They will not return your money so you have to dispute these charges with your credit card company.

The absolute biggest scam that I have experienced. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

The product shown in advertisement was not what I received. I ordered 2 baskets of flowers and 2 baskets of ferns. I received 2 stems of flowers and 2 stems of ferns.

I am asking for a refund.

I purchased 2 bunches of flowers (picture shows hundreds of stems)to fill large hanging baskets. What I got was 2 very small maybe 10 stems each. They use an email called subserves rather than one with their actual name and tell you it would cost over $20 to return for refund. I see another person on here also got scammed. Do not believe their pictures. I told my credit card to deny payment and their fraud department is looking into it. Yocowell was not happy about that.

Waited only a short time for delivery on 22. 97$ gorgeous plant to get a sprig of red scrappy plastic i could have bought @ & a flea market. $ general & family dollar will suit me just fine from now on ty

I ordered what was advertised as about 4 feet tall flag poles with the American Flag, that light up with red, white and blue lights. What I received was 8 stake lights no more than 18 to 20 inches high. Falsely advertised and not worth the money whatsoever! Don’t waste your money at this company.

I am trying to contact you, but no one is getting back to me. I am very disappointed in the flowers I received. You took $90 from me and all I got was a few flowers. I am demanding my money back. I bought flowers from another company through Amazon and received beautiful flowers and a hanging basket for $30. Your advertisement is completely false. So upset

What was advertised and what i received were two completely different things. I thought I was getting 3 hanging baskets and what I received were 3 individual pansies flowers. Don't fall for it. I am requesting a full refund.

This site is a joke. They should never be allowed to sell anything on the web again! The picture you see is NOT what you get. You get a little sprig. Then when I tried to return it they would not let me return it even though it says 100% return guaranteed if not satisfied. I wish I had read these reviews before I stupidly bought something on this site.

This company is part of a FRAUDULENT company out of Hong Kong. They also go by name of Hartwell, Peraroma and many others. When you see faux hanging flower baskets for a cheap price, RUN. They will give you a fake tracking number and then tell you it’s delayed. I have filed complaints with the e-commerce.gov, FTC, BBB, AmEx. They advertise on TikTok, game apps. SCAM.

Absolute trash! What was pictured and what I received were drastically different and the quality was that of a dollar store. DO NOT order anything from them!

We ordered three different colors of the hanging basket flowers. Paid $56 dollars for them. when we received them, they were three little spikes of flowers that could be bought at the dollar tree store for a $1.25! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and also sent a nasty email to the manufacturer. They want photos of what I received and of the shipping label. I will not pay return shipping fees nor will I return them. Do not order these from this company!

Ordered a flower basket from Yocowell and got 2 tiny picks instead
I ordered 1 hanging flower basket to see how they were. The website showed this big flower basket looking large enough to hang from a shepards hook coming out of a large box.That is what I paid for & thought that’s what I was getting.

When my order arrived it was just 2 tiny petunia sprigs, no basket at all. I asked for a refund and they told me it would cost more to send them back than what I paid for the flowers. They offered me a 25% refund-I am never going to order from these scammers again! The product that was sent was worth 5.00
