We used Real Estate Worldwide to secure an investment property. We were supported by Luke and Jason. They were both extremely helpful, flexible and approachable throughout the process. We were always kept informed. They dealt with our queries promptly. We would recommend them and we would work with them again on future investment opportunities

I want to thank Sajid and Jason for being very helpful in my purchase of the flat. Sajid was indeed on top of his work. He went out of his way to satisfy my concerns for which I am truly thankful. I will surely come back to him for my future investments!

Very friendly and caring team who genuinely supported me all the way from the initial enquiry to purchase of the property. The team also made sure that the solicitor and the developer answered my queries timely.

We would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to Luke Bambridge and Jason Durity and team for their hard work, valued help, excellent communication, expert advice and assistance in this challenging process of buying investment property.
From the very start, Luke with his fantastic negotiation skills managed to lower the asking initial deposit funds from the developers and also managed to secure an extension date for the exchange and Jason and team were so helpful when we were stuck raising the solicitors fee.
The whole team is professional and yet so warm and friendly pushing for us to exchange and mediating excellently between us, the solicitors and the developers.

We are very happy and satisfied with the excellent service we have received and would highly recommend Luke, Jason and the team.

Excellent communication and very responsive. Not had any issues. Sales member Sajid is very good to deal with.

They have been very helpful all the way through the buying process and were sorting out any issues encountered. Great team to work with.

Very helpful, speedy and friendly communications. No pressure sales. Happy to use various communication methods email or phone. Sent regular updates on progress of construction period.

I would like to say thanks to Saj Kazmi, as he has been a huge help to me regarding the resale of my student flat. I have bought three flats in the past from Saj (all great). But I bought an off-plan property that was set to complete in 2023 and I was really worried about having the money to complete. Saj assisted me with patience/clarity and passion. I truly felt that he was there to help me to the maximum. His work should be an example for your company for employees and training new workers.

Best wishes

I have recently completed an investment on some Purpose Built Student Accommodation and I would highly recommend Sajid and Jason who saw me through the process. They made it a pleasure to do business with no pressure whatsoever. They were always ready to help and as my first of three years guaranteed return was paid up front on completion day, I couldn't be happier.

Great service from Luke and Jason. Very helpful and pairing along the way.

Very excellent support, all through the process. The patience and professional attitude exhibited made the decision easy for me. I am already committed to more businesses with and through you.

Overall an excellent experience with very professional staff especially Chris Bitto thank you.

From the onset, Saj was absolutely brilliant. Sought business with Real Estate Worldwide as Saj was very thorough in his initial communication with me and my wife, even on weekends. He shared very descriptive explanations and provided over an beyond support. Jason continued this trend of exceeding my expectations, following up and ready to assist at every corner; explaining all if I had a query or was dissatisfied with anything. Because of the exemplary care and support by both Saj and Jason, I remain very pleased with the company.

Both Saj and Jason personified the relationship factor in customer service which I dear say was their edge and leverage. I felt they cared sincerely for my situation and it was not simply a transaction. Further business with the company would be attributable in no small way to these two gentlemen awesome service. Best wishes to both Saj and Jason as well as REW.
