I placed an order and paid on 18/05/2026.

A week later I callled Northampton office, I was informed that the order couldn't be found. The person on the phone said 'I'll call you back. No return call.

The following day I got through tosomeone and after investigation they found the order and were awaiting parts to come in from another branch. Two days later, 29th May, I received my order.

For a company that rates itself on customer service I think there needs to be some serious reflection and staff training.

Item was available and arrived in 3 working days. Easy.

Came across this company during a web search for Mylec heater. Great price, great service. Definitely look at them for future electrical purchases.

I added a few items to achieve the free shipping, was a little dissapointed as the additional items were delivered separately to the main item (cable) seems a bit crazy to not just offer free shipping when they actually delivered twice!

Not often I’d write reviews, but my experience this morning at your Cumbernauld branch was second to none. I spoke to George and he was super knowledgeable, every part of my LED strip from Driver to connections and tracks were in stock. Price was great but it was the customer service that stood out. Very enthusiastic staff and a credit to your company. 5 stars, well done.
