The TV was as good as new and arrived very quickly

Great service. I was called by their team to confirm delivery and it arrived the next day.

Took a punt based on trustpilot reviews (and faith in my credit card payment protection!) and very glad I did - excellent TV, as new and 75% the cost. Was a bit nervous when the confirmation email was from a different company (the payment processors?) and no tracking info, but delivered 2 days after ordering, will be using again.

Fast shipping and exactly as described - but no communication on tracking or a response when the delivery company attempted delivery without notice (got upset) and wanted me to rebook.

Delivered what was promised very quickly.

TV was exactly as required and for a good price. Will definitely consider for other things again.

First of all I feel a little bad for being kinda rude to whoever manages their account on Ebay. It's not really that person's fault but I was pretty mad about this after paying a fair bit of money. I bought an LG 48" CX OLED TV that was described as being in Grade A condition with perhaps some fingerprints & dust. (It was also said that the item was a customer return and had been used for less than 28 days, which I believe is probably true, so fair enough there.)

The complaints I have are as such:

- TV came in predamaged polystyrene that was prone to chipping, screen cover was not properly applied, so the screen was covered in small polystyrene bits which had become embedded in the frame of the uncovered corner. Box was also swimming in bits, idk how I'd return this if I want to.

- scratches in centre of panel, thankfully not visible in my viewing condition but is visible with light directly on it. Not exactly Grade A as advertised.

- no dispatch notification. Got caught a little by surprise when this arrived, let's say. Then after I wrote a review on Ebay I got a late dispatch notification (after the item arrived!) that seemingly removed my previous review there.

I can't really recommend them especially due to the poor packaging and the polystyrene that is now trapped across one corner of the frame.

Recently purchased an LG OLED from Yellow Electronics on eBay. I received a call that day to arrange delivery. The TV arrived on the arranged day, and is indistinguishable from new (apart from the significant discount). As per most reviews there was no tracking information provided for the delivery, but it was free. Overall very happy with my purchase and would buy from Yellow again.

Fast and friendly service, both items delivered perfectly would definitely use them again when I need something.

A considerable saving on new price for a TV that still had the screen protector on and probably only used as a shop demo. Packaging a little tatty but otherwise no discernable difference from new...Good service, prompt well packed delivery... We'll pleased with the superb picture and sound.

Ordered a 'Magic' remote control for a smart t.v. recently purchased. This remote does not come with the t.v., only the standard remote. The correct one was sent promptly and very well protected with bubble wrap. Very good service, would recommend this company to anyone, based on my experience.

Searching for an LG 48" OLED and found Yellow Electronics. Good price, condition and guarantee. Bought on a Monday, delivery forecast for the coming Friday or next Monday. Arrived Wednesday morning, securely wrapped in strong air pocket packaging. Installed and working beautifully.
