Performance Rating for Yegara Host

I rate four stars for your availability and reliability of the service your are providing.Your service was available throughout the year except 2-3 days interruption without prior notice and explanation of after restoration. You may think of a fallback server in case of such situation.

We are satisfied with simplicity of registration and renewal process.
Hope we will continue to work together in the future.
Keep up Good the good Work!!

Best Regards;

Odpowiedź od Yegara HOST

Hi Tesfaye,

Yes, we had encountered an issue with one of our upstream providers in the UK. we had entrusted them with provisioning all our servers because they were reliable and we were working with them for 4 years and they are one of the biggest UK datacenters, But as you mentioned they were not able to provide us with the uptime we expected.

since then we have spread out our clients across 27 servers so we won't have a single point of failure like last time.

I hope I will see you next year with a 100% uptime and a Five-star experience.

Thank you
Ibrahim Ghazali
