I had ordered 3 pairs of yeezy slides on February 28th. Money was taken out of my account for 3 pairs. At the end of March received 1 pair. I have written to them 4x with no response. I will wait another week and call my bank for the other 2 pairs. Shipping says 6 to 13 weeks. Ridiculous, when 1 pair arrived, it said it came from new jersy, I'm in new york. It was packaged like it came from China. Never again. I should have known better than to order from someone like Kanye west. No wanders addidas dropped him.

Ordered 3 items, received only 1 after almost 3 months. No response from support despite multiple emails. Very disappointing experience.”

I order 4 pair of shoes on 11/8/2025. It is now 3/8/2026, and I still haven't received my order. This company needs to do better with communication with customers. DO NOT waste your money and time ordering from here!

I purchased an order for my son for Christmas on 10/24/25. The site is known for long shipping times but affordable prices.
On 1/26/26 I contacted them for order status and I received an automated message back right away stating someone would reply ASAP.
On 1/29/26 I reached out again because I felt it was reasonable enough time and let them know it has now been 13 weeks and 6 days, so beyond the latest date that we should have received our product and no one has responded to us still. I asked for an update as soon as possible. I received another automated message back stating they will reply ASAP, again.

I did not hear anything back once again and I reached out again on 2/3/26 and never received a response and never received our order. It has been over 15 weeks and now we have to deal with credit card dispute.

Over 14 weeks with no tracking info. Terrible customer service response time. By the time the slides come my son will have outgrown them.

Ordered sliders in November. Emailed company for an update earlier this month with zero response.
They are quick to take the money and send emails advertising other goods, but don't respond to enquiries about orders.
Never again !!!
Update to my review. I contacted my bank today regarding the transaction. I explained the situation and they credited my account with the money. Well done Halifax.

Waiting 3+ months for an order for my son. Emailed at the address provided in my order confirmation and zero response. Never ever again.

Beware! Ordered two black Yeezy Slides (sizes 9 & 10) in August 2025. On top of all that after 4½ months of also waiting, I received the wrong sizes (11 & 12).😑 Multiple emails sent, zero response. Freinds,family and myself do "NOT" recommend!

Scam, order placed 4th December, confirmation given in email, despite numerous emails, none have ever been responded to, the goods never arrived and I've had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction to get my money back from them.

Saw a random charge on my credit card for yeezy.com and I didn't purchase anything. Nobody is answering my emails.

it is alright they have acc started to drop good quality clothes and it is still super cheap i ordered the sl-02 and sg-01,sl-02 and they took some time to come, about 4-5 week but thats is the only bad thing all the clothing is under 100 dollars and that is crazy they just need better shiping time and it will be perfect.

I ordered a pair for my son and daughter. They took around 3 months to get here only to find that the ones for my daughter are to big. They are a men’s 10 not women’s. Yeezy has been unhelpful saying I ordered the wrong sizes or whatever. The worst customer service. I’m out the money because they can’t put a simply website together making it so complicated.

After my purchase the site informed me that I wouldn't get my order for 6-13 weeks. Smh

DO NOT BUY YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED…. No one answers emails. They just take your money and you get nothing… beware it’s a scam

Ordered sandals in August. Tried writing to them 3 times, never got a reply. Scam, sadly. Contacted adidas and they said the site has nothing to do with them and they can’t help. Don’t order.

Ordered a pair of yeeyz 5 weeks ago. Have still not received them, i guess it’s a scam :(
