eSIM stop working, they didn't fix it
I purchased an eSIM from Yatelo for India, 5 GB for 30 days. It worked for only one week, I had used up only 0.5 GB of my data and it stopped working. No more Internet all day in different locations.
I wasted about 40 minutes with their online support, they suggested endless things to try, none of them got the eSIM working again. They then refused to refund the money, saying they were escalating to the engineers.
