Customer service not responding
I have been in contact trying to cancel my order and have heard nothing back. Order number #7057. No dispatch notification, no communication response either and it’s been 3 days since it was placed and contact was made. Some help would be greatly appreciated . Happy to amend this review if I hear back from customer service, just concerned that the money has been taken and I will not be receiving the product (regardless of whether the cancellation is successful or not) - as the site stated next day delivery and it’s been radio silence from customer service since! Please get back to me asap if possible :)

Ordered a supplement on 2 August 2026
Ordered a supplement on 2 August 2026. Payment was taken in full at checkout. Economy shipping was quoted at two to five working days.
That window passed over a week ago. No dispatch confirmation, no tracking, no goods. I have contacted the team by email twice and by Instagram, and have had no response through any channel.
I am not questioning the products themselves. I would simply like someone to tell me whether my order has shipped. Happy to update this review once it is resolved.

Purchased MK 677
Purchased MK 677. Zero results!
This would be my 4th time taking MK, ( 3 times previously I had great results, and experienced all the effects you expect with MK 677, hunger, great sleep, put on mass ) all of which purchased from a different company. This time I used YAKKA STRENGTH LTD to purchase MK and have had no results. My only guess is
Their product is fake! Reached out to the company to complain, never heard back!

Odpowiedź od YAKKA STRENGTH LTD
Hi Sam,
We’re sorry to read that you’re disappointed with your recent purchase.
First and foremost, we want to be very clear about what our MK677 product is. As stated clearly on our product page, this compound is supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. It is not approved for human or veterinary consumption, and it is not sold as a drug, supplement, or performance product. It must not be used for in vivo experimentation or personal use.
Because of this, we cannot comment on, advise on, or guarantee any personal “results,” effects, or outcomes from use. Any such use would be outside of the product’s stated and lawful purpose.
In regard to your concern about authenticity:
All of our research compounds are manufactured using high-purity raw materials (minimum 99% purity standard), and we hold Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for the raw powders used in production. Rather than relying on isolated third-party sample certificates — which typically represent only a tiny fraction of a batch — we prioritise careful sourcing and in-house verification to ensure consistent quality across production.
We take accusations of products being “fake” extremely seriously. If you believe there is a genuine issue with the batch you received, we would welcome the opportunity to investigate it properly. Please contact us directly at team@yakkastrength.co.uk with your order number so we can review this for you.
We also want to address your comment about not receiving a response. We respond to all customer enquiries — if you haven’t heard back, it’s possible your message did not reach us or went to spam. Please resend it and we will prioritise it.
We stand by the quality and purity of our products when used strictly in accordance with their intended laboratory research purpose.

AVOID!!! I have used various brands of mk677 and…
I have used various brands of mk677 and Hakka strengths had none of the observable effects that come with the supplement.
No bitter taste to the powder inside the capsule, added hunger, spike in blood glucose or change in cholesterol after testing bloods. Also there was no observable change in liver function while taking their rad140.
This leaves me to conclude that there is no noticeable active ingredient in their product and so I will not recommend purchasing from them.

Odpowiedź od YAKKA STRENGTH LTD
Hi Oliver,
We’re sorry to read your feedback and that you feel disappointed with your purchase.
However, we need to clarify an important point.
Our MK677 and RAD140 products are clearly marketed and sold strictly as research compounds for laboratory and analytical use only. They are not dietary supplements, not performance products, and not approved for human or veterinary consumption. They are not intended for in vivo use, and we do not sell them for that purpose.
Because of this, we cannot comment on or validate expectations such as taste profile, hunger changes, blood glucose shifts, cholesterol markers, liver enzymes, or any other physiological effects. Any form of personal ingestion or bloodwork analysis would fall outside of the product’s stated and lawful research-only use.
In regard to the claim that there is “no noticeable active ingredient,” we take that allegation very seriously.
All of our research compounds are produced using carefully sourced raw materials with a minimum purity standard of 99%, and we hold Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for the raw powders used. As outlined in our transparency statement, we prioritise verified raw material sourcing and in-house quality control across batches, rather than relying on isolated third-party sample certificates that may not represent full production runs.
If you believe there is a genuine quality concern with a specific batch, we would welcome the opportunity to formally investigate it. Please contact us directly at team@yakkastrength.co.uk with your order number and batch details so we can review this thoroughly.
We also want to emphasise that our products are sold for laboratory research purposes only, and we stand by their quality when handled and used strictly in accordance with that intended purpose.
