Frances was our account manager and was extremely helpful from the offset. Sent us out samples in varying sizes so everyone could choose the best fit. The bespoke fleeces are fantastic and everyone in the club loves them! Good quality and super warm, perfect for winter training and games.

The products from Y1 are amazing, so is the quality. We have had so many compliments on the designs from other people outside of the club. The communication from the team is also super quick and helpful, Dan has been great in helping us order and design new products.

We recently received our retro 1/4 zip and full zip fleeces, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality. From the initial enquiry through to completion of the order, Frances was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and accommodate numerous design changes.

From start to finish, communication via email and phone was great! The process was easy and regular updates were given with regards to the progress of our order. Even when there were problems with the airspace across the UAE with everything going on, communication still continued and everything that could have been done was done.
