Y-Axis-Registered Migration Agent Melbourne Recenzje

The guidance provided was very informative. Many Thanks to Jyothi for taking up this task and updating each and every steps involved in the process very patiently.

Extremely thankful to Mohd Kaleem, he is assisting in a very good and professional way. He keeps on updating us time and again regarding our application, hence we are very happy and satisfied with his services.
Thanks to Arvinder Pannu our Mara agent for the support.

I am extending my sincere thanks and gratitude to y-axis...they are the best because they are extremely helpful and kept my progress on track. They keep on updating and also gave various ideas to boost my opportunity. My consultant Sravani is one of the best consultant...she always keep on updating me about the application and I am looking forward to receive my EOI...

I applied for F1 visa and Y-Axis has been a great help, particularly Mr. Pradeep Kumar and Mr. Mahmood khan guided me in every step of the process from applications to visa interview turning this complex process into a smooth streamlined one.

G Sravani, fom Y-Axis migration is handling my case for Canada. She is good in her job

I am quite thankful to Mr.Mustafa Mohammed for guiding me at each step till now. His dedication towards me as a client is quite appreciable. But final review can be given only when the actual service promised by Y-Axis will be delivered.

My experience with Y axis was great. My consultant was very helpful and co-operative.

I have applied for the US B1/B2 visa along with my wife. My process consultant Santoshi Sneha had helped me in filling the DS 160 form and booking the slots for the biometrics collection and interview. She has been very approachable and answered all my queries patiently.

I was assigned Suresh Vudethe for my F1 Visa assistance. He was always available to reach via call or text. If he was busy then he would respond as soon as he got time. Suresh's assistance was the only great part. For the amount that they charge, I expected my overall experience to be better. I ended up booking the visa slot on my own. They were not keeping close track of it the way I expected. Although the mock sessions in itself was good, I was not fully happy with the way the mock sessions were handled by Y-Axis team because you have to ask them yourself every time to schedule the session, and they don't call you at the exact time; instead, they will call later than the discussed time. This was very difficult for me to handle since I had a full-time job, and it hindered my schedule due to late calls. Syed from Y-Axis was supposed to call me for one last final mock interview but he did not and he was not reachable on text or call.

I would only recommend Y-Axis if you are okay with long gaps of communication and have time. If you have an immediate requirement then it is better to do it on your own.

Excellent services and Suresh helped me out in the process from A to Z.

The way that Ranga Muthumala is always on or before time in his update on the deliverables and the fact that he along with Banishree Marathe and Akoju Vyshnavi know how to perfectly modify my profile for the situation and location is outstanding.

Y-Axis is an irresponsible team. There will be numerous calls from their sales team (Sathish & Md. Ali in my case). Once after paying the fee (1.7 lakhs- Australia 491 visa) everyone got vanished.

Later a guy with poor communication skill (Banda Chaitanya) will irritate you in the name of assisting you. Then in the name of Registered Migration Agent (Carlisle) from Australia will guide you for exact 2 minutes. After that you will never get that person in call. He will simply forward you emails saying how many got selected for the current draw. In that email, he won't even edit the name to address you.

Kindly, do not stuck with this Y-Axis scammers. I am a victim of these people. i wish there shall be a negative star option.

Y-axis provides very good service. I am processing my documents to apply for Australian visa through this agency.
Dheeraj Kumar is so helpful and approachable senior process consultant. He is really friendly and provides prompt responses to any queries.
Thank you Y-axis for helping me getting positive skills assessment in my employment part. Hope I will get visa soon with your support.

Do not recommend y axis . They will give you hope and want do there 100%.

The truth is that is a wonderful office. I dealt with them from dubai and they helped me obtain a business visa 188. i especially thank Arvin from Melbourne who worked alot with me and was a great supporter in obtaining the visa. i thank him and his staff and which them success in more cases thanks

be aware, they will tell you that you are eligible for PR but by the end, you just get waste money, and you are actually not eligible, do not listen to their advice, better do your own search about requirement. These people just gave you hope for untrue thing then take money from your pocket, no responsibility and reliability. I wasted 5k for them as they said I am eligible for Canada PR, took alot of time for doing IELTS , other paper then actually found out I am very far far far away from Canada's requirement to get PR.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Y-Axis Immigration Consultant between April 27th and September 19th, 2023, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The entire ordeal was marked by unprofessionalism, broken promises, misinformation, a complete lack of accountability, and an alarming practice of conveniently ending conversations at their convenience.

Initially, I was bombarded with 17 relentless calls from their sales agent, Swetha Priya Mareddi, pushing me to apply for PR in Canada. Despite my clear disinterest due to long wait periods and my desire to pursue a postgraduate program in Canada starting in September 2023, they insisted I engage with them. Swetha roped in Benhur Samson, supposedly a seasoned consultant with 13 years of experience, to counsel me.

I was well aware of the tight timelines for the September 2023 intake and expressed my concerns to Benhur. He assured me they could meet these deadlines if I engaged them immediately, promising relentless efforts from their team, even if it meant working around the clock. Convinced, I made the payment on May 22nd, placing my trust in their commitment to making the September 2023 intake a reality.

However, the Y-Axis team demonstrated utter incompetence and lack of dedication. Despite being aware of the urgency, they transferred my case to a team in Dubai, further delaying the process. Their lackadaisical research in recommending colleges and programs still accepting applications for September 2023 was evident. They pushed for a January 2024 intake without even giving adequate effort to explore available options for September 2023.

The real problems began when my application was finally submitted, and I received an acceptance letter from a college. Y-Axis delayed the process unnecessarily, causing further frustration. When I decided to withdraw from their services, they bombarded me with numerous agents attempting to convince me otherwise, showcasing a persistent lack of respect for my decision.

To exacerbate the situation, any agent from Y-Axis could conveniently drop the conversation at their liking, showing a lack of professionalism and commitment to addressing concerns. They mishandled the refund, showing a clear lack of transparency and integrity in their dealings.

In conclusion, my experience with Y-Axis Immigration Consultant was beyond terrible. Their unprofessionalism, false promises, and mishandling of my case left me feeling cheated and thoroughly disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more reliable and reputable alternatives.

Ultimately, a partial refund of AU$1000 of total AU$1900 was issued. Nevertheless, I strongly believe it's vital to recount my experience to help you in making an informed decision. Firstly, engaging an immigration agent, especially Y-Axis, is unnecessary for Canada. And if you do choose to proceed, I sincerely hope you do not encounter individuals like those I've listed in the end of this review. In essence, once you've made the payment, you're trapped in the arrangement, and they display a lack of concern for your predicament.

1. Benhur Samson (root of whole fiasco) (Australia)
2. Swetha Priya Mareddi (Australia/India)
3. Sachin Basnayake (Dubai, he can conveniently be in meetings or out of office when doesn't want to reply)
3. Sridevi B (Dubai)
4. Mohan Reddy (Australia)
5. Vishwa Shanthi Choppala (Hyderabad)
6. Neelima Francis (Hyderabad)

One of my friends suggested contacting Y-Axis for Permanent residency in Australia. I am very pleased that Y-Axis appointed a very professional team of Gagandeep Kaur Khanna and Shainay to proceed with the visa application. Both of them are very polite and possess a very depth knowledge regarding the visa processes and I will strongly recommend the Y-Axis for immigration purposes.

Most of google reviews are fake, just see how many of those are from local guides. I applied for student visa and even after 2 months, they have not applied any application. They keep lying and recently they told me that the actual agent was based overseas. Stay away from them!
