Dear Maximillian
Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on the recent data recovery case we completed for you. Your hard drive had been previously worked on at another company and was sent to us as the original company failed to recover critical photos from your external hard drive. Using persistence and our knowledge, we managed to recover the vital data for you. Your review is proof that a second opinion is vital if you're told the data is impossible to recover.
Once again, many thanks.
Regards
Ricky
Great service and fast
They were very helpful. Explained each step and kept us informed all the way. Fast and efficient and coped with a muddle over the wrong disk sent. Got all the data off that we needed.
Can 100% recommend.

Studio Fire
A studio fire meant all my work and computers were destroyed. A small external hard drive was recovered but it was badly damaged. Richard and the team were able to recover all the data from that small device - over 15 years worth of work. I couldn't be more pleased. Life saver.

Dear Paul
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review based on the recent data recovery we completed for you. This particular hard drive had major fire damage and disk state was exacerbated by the fire extinguishing foam which seeped into the drive. However we overcame all these challenging hurdles to recover the data and save your catalogue of 15 years work.

Ricky

We managed to complete the recovery slightly faster than anticipated and you had access to our secure download servers within 20 minutes of your payment to us for the service.

Amazing!
I was given the Xytron Data Recovery name when it was found my laptop hard drive was not working. A phone call made,
an email with information received on what could be done , spoke again to Richard. So helpful! Sent off my hard drive and a memory stick , another email. Yes all my files could be retrieved. I was sent a list of my files. I rang to pay. It's not cheap, but you can't put a price on memories lost. 2 weeks from my phone call to receiving my memory stick. It's a fantastic company which I can't recommend highly enough!

Hi Claire
Thank you for taking the time to review the data recovery service carried out by the team at Xytron Ltd - we are glad to hear that you're happy with the recovery. Your local computer repair service in Wales recommended us as your hard drive was dropped whilst in operation and this caused catastrophic internal issues, however our expertise resulted in 100% recovery, as you stated.

Ricky
Very happy with the service from Xytron…
Very happy with the service from Xytron who recovered my data from a hard drive that had stopped spinning. Communication and service were efficient and I was kept regularly informed of progress. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the final cost was higher than what was quoted. Think this may have been partly down to miscommunication around additional cost of VAT. This is a minor point though. I was very happy to get all my data back. Would use Xytron again.

Hi L W
Thank you for your review of our data recovery service. Your dropped external hard drive had major internal issues which we managed to successfully overcome and extract your critical files. You came to us with little hope of seeing the data again after the previous company failed to recover anything, yet we extracted everything you were looking for within a couple of days. It shows that second opinions are very much worth trying.

Hassle free data recovery expertise from Xytron Data…
Excellent service from Xytron Data Recovery throughout; free diagnostics service whereby the team were quickly able to identify the fault and provide a quote, then communication throughout the process was clear and regular updates were provided including a full inventory of the files available for recovery. Team were really helpful, honest and provided rapid, full file recovery (almost 3TB of invaluable family photos) despite a collection of physical issues on a notoriously unreliable model of Seagate HDD; I can’t recommend highly enough!

Hi Andy
Many thanks for taking time to review the recent data recovery service we provided on your liquid damaged hard drive.
The team are especially pleased to recover all of your data, which was over 400GB. Given the failure of the hard drive, which as you know, was knocked into a bowl of water and left there for many hours unbeknown to you, when your pet knocked it off a desk.
On inspection in our clean room, it was discovered that water had seeped inside the disk causing component damage to the head stack assembly, PCB, the firmware also required repair.
Many companies would not have been able to recover this HDD due to the severity of the failure, however we invested the resources required to achieve the result you required.
Regards,
Ricky

After my hard drive dropped on the floor I lost access to every photo and every document I had created since 2004! I stupidly didnt have back ups. Richard was very professional, I sent him my broken hard drive and he saved my life by recovering everything and sending me it back on a new hard drive within a week. He kept me up to date with progress. Everything was in the same order, and the same folders as on the broken hard drive. If your data recovery is crucial to you, I highly recommend Xytron Data Recovery.

When my hard drive crashed I was…
When my hard drive crashed I was aghast. All my work, inspired dictation, personal memories and writings disappeared. I was acceptance but really wanted the material back. Richard at Xytron Data Recovery in Hereford knew straight away the situation and was empathetic. Like a hospital surgery they set about the operation keeping me informed as the work progressed. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of professionalism and or understanding. In the end it was a 100& retrieval with, as muted, a sprinkle of kindness added for good measure. It cost a bit but hey I couldn't put a price on what I now have before me. Brilliant! 5 stars! Mark.

Very speedy and efficient service - thank you so much. It was a very costly mistake on my part, one which I won't be making again (!), but if you find yourself in the same situation as me - with a broken hard drive that has all your work on it - then these are the guys to go to! Many thanks.
