HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
My clients server harddrive failed, at the same time as the backup!!!! Xytron data managed to recover all important data from the harddrive and i was able to rebuild to an acceptable level for my client There service was extremelly quick and even better value, around half the price of other companies. Fantastic Service!
Having read some horror stories on the internet we were cautious with regard to where we sent the failed hardware. However, Xytron kept us informed every step of the way and all required data was recovered. Fantastic service!

Found Xytron Data Recovery by a friends recommendation. Very professional and swift service - faulty drive collected, diagnosed/analyzed, progress reports on recovery, recoverable data list provided, data recovered and data returned on DVD, all in less than a week.

Extremely poor experience
Quoted a price of £350, sent the drive to them, made the mistake of talking to them to explain which files were important and why, and lo and behold the price went up to £1604,25. Had no option but to pay because their attitude on the phone was so abominable that I fully expected they would return a drive in a completely unrecoverable state if I refused to pay. Avoid like the plague. They appear to have a habit of threatening to sue people who give them poor reviews too!

Damien & Catherine Burke of Hand Made by Machine in Northampton, contacted Xytron Data Recovery in July 2009 as they had lost critical business data, subsequently, they shipped their 400GB Samsung faulty hard drive to us, they selected an Emergency Service. Our fees for Data Recovery start at £195 + VAT on our standard 3-5 day service.
We recovered 266GB which comprised of 185,000 files successfully, this was returned to Handmade By Machine on the 1st August 2009; from this date until now we have had no correspondence from Handmade By Machine Limited whatsoever.
All phone calls/emails are logged regarding this case and are available to all whom consider this 'review' to be correct and take it seriously, Mr Burke was treated with courtesy & a professional service from beginning to the end of this recovery case.
We have tried to contact Handmade By Machine Limited, however they have stated 'Do not contact me again - you are harassing me'.
We are at a loss to understand any issues or complaints from this company & have tried & failed to resolve due to no fault of our own.
