I'm not a PM, I'm a vendor (reviewer), and I find this system absolutely cumbersome and henious.

I don't even know at a glance what projects are approved, since what is shown is an internal code with no info. In order to see the project's details, you have to open the single project's page, and forget about opening a "new tab" (it's not possible, for whatever reason). It's a lot of clicking back and forth, never getting all the data you need.

Don't get me started about invoicing. I even had to create my own Python program just to make sense of how the information is displayed in the "invoice specifications" being sent.

There is also no way to update fees once a project has been set up. If you end up spending more hours than intially estimated, you're out of luck and you're working for free.

It's absolutely useless and I honestly don't know how this company is still in business.

The first one wins rule is unprofessional and misused by project managers.

The system is still after many years just a Beta system. Lots of bugs, a customer service that bring you back to the first Postal Order services in early 1960. The staff have not understood what it takes to serve a professional organisation 2023. The fact that the company isn't making money is something you should consider before placing the future of your company in the hands of XTRF!

We are longtime customers and couldn't recommend xtrf anymore. Outrageous in their services and costumer relationship.

Absolutely horrible experience using XTRF.

Chose another system, XTRF is not the system you want

The system isn't at all user friendly.
They have made something very simply complex and difficult to work with. You issue invoices through the system but you cannot issue a creditnote.
There are better system on the market!
