Montecarlo

Your employee, Mr MONTECARLO is misrepresenting your Company XTRADE.

He told me, before I invested my ₱12,200 I will receive a Bonus of ₱12,000 but did NOT happened.

And one thing more, MONTECARLO told me that I will recieve a Profit of ₱3,000 per day that did Not HAPPENED.

I Requested a Refund last March 13, 2026 of my ₱12,200 that I Invested money, but until Now it is already March 24, 2026 it is NOT yet Refunded.

I recommend that Mr MONTECARLO be removed from your Company so that he will Not further destroy the Refutation of your Company.

Scammers and extorted our life savings…

Scammers and extorted our life savings in Singapore . We had a so called expert trader called Mae who played with our money and made us lose significant sum despite repeatedly saying we only wanted to do small trades . She disappeared every time there was volatility , racking up huge losses and she did nothing to manage the loss.. AVOID AVOID AVOID . This company should be banned .lare addition - we engaged with this company from 2023 to early 2025 and still have money stuck there which we can’t remove . Instead we are contacted to continue to trade!!! Abhorrent

I believe for any new investor ,they must be briefed about the AI platform.

Being the first time in this Quantum AI platform with your account manager, there had been occasional frictions on certain issues I felt uncomfortable indeed despite his professional approach. When I noticed NPL n equity moving downtrend. I was panic of margin call, About 10.25pm almost all instruments were running in red where I decided to exit from the trade. There was no stop loss to control on price decelation. The next morning Nick called to inform me that it was paper loss and sustainable. I believe it was a lesson learnt regarding AI platform that failed to stop losses against the market momentums.

Xtrade is one of the most frustrating…

Xtrade is one of the most frustrating and concerning platforms I’ve ever dealt with.

What they present as “available funds” is misleading, often tied to unclear bonus conditions and restrictions that are not properly explained upfront. Everything seems fine until you try to withdraw your money.

When I decided to leave the platform, I ended up losing everything. That alone says a lot about how this system is designed.

The worst part is the customer service. Instead of helping, they call repeatedly and can become aggressive and disrespectful when questioned. That behavior is a huge red flag.

No legitimate financial company should operate like this.

If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from Xtrade and choose a broker that actually respects its users.

Xtrade is design to steal your money

Stay away from this scammer company name.commision is so high in your win trade. They dnt let you withdraw full amount. Withdraw also have comission cut. Terrified

Terrified! Premium is too high for small investors! I newly joined Xtrade on 5 March, 2026. As a trial, my principal amount was approx. USD267, with an opened position worth of about USD215. I was told the company earn transaction fees (trading spread)only, no other charges. As the trading value didn't move much, my open position was held in the following 2 business days, and I found there was of a premium of USD150 levying there! USD50/day!! Trading spread of up to 17% was already very high, I had no choice, but closed position, as a result, I lost $35 and had to pay a premium of $150. The worst was, before I resolved to close my position, I had tried to call the person who firstly contacted me as well as my assigned investment adviser, both telephone lines were not in service any more. That's really terrifying me!
