Purchased a bed frame which was apparently damaged in transit when it was in my area and X Rocker has not responded to my email regarding this or even sent me a message saying it was damaged in the first place. Now I’m stuck with a new mattress and no bed frame.

The chair I got was amazing. It lights up and seems highly durable compared to others I’ve gotten like it

Love our new desk , very cool . Our kids love it . There are several light settings . The lights are bright and make the experience with the desk so much better

A bit difficult to identify the delivery date.
My grandson just turned 10 years old and his legs spread out over the floor, which makes it uncomfortable. I need to return this because he is too tall for this rocker. Additionally, there is a 2.0 Bluetooth instructional kit to show you how to turn on the sounds etc.. The picture on the brochure does not match the controls on the XRocker.

I really liked the two chairs I bought. The Bluetooth chairs are really cool for you g gamers.

I placed my order on 7/18 and was notified on 7/21 my order had shipped. UPS tracking indicated they never received the package. I waited 10 days for it to update and it never did, so on 7/31 I contacted support for an update on my order. I was told a new one would be sent out. I did not receive a new tracking number, so as of today 8/6 I still have no idea where my order is. After paying $30 for shipping I would have hoped the shipping would have been much more timely than this.

It was a very heavy box, so you definitely need at least 2 people to lift. I appreciate that it’s heavy duty though, with everything these days being so cheaply made. This seems well made, and sturdy which is why I am glad I got this for my oldest who’s 15. We’re still getting it together, but it will make my son so happy when it’s done! I just want to give him the bed and room he deserves and this is the start! I have 3 boys who all love gaming, so I may be back for a bed for them. Hoping this brand makes more bedroom furniture so I have more options for my younger two who will share a space. Thanks so much for such fast shipping too! Hoping to come back for more furniture from you guys soon, so far I’m happy with this brand!

Fast delivery, product parts well organized and complete, interesting assembling with pictures only but I figured it out and the piece is very cool-looking, perfect size.

I never received my package because UPS delivered my package 300 feet away from the actual delivery address when I reached out to the company for further assistance, the company did not assist me. I emailed them and they closed out the case. How can I even respond to give the company a five star when you wouldn’t even help me by contacting UPS?

C rocker chair design has been spot on for years. Great gaming experience

Like the chair pretty well overall, I just wish the seat would lean back a little further being my only complaint, which is why I gave 4 stars.

The chairs are amazing and the massaging part of the chair feels so good and it’s very comfortable I could sit in it forever I’ve loved it since the day I got it and I would buy it 1000 times again!

The rocker gaming chair is vert comfortable the speaker works beautifully and it has made my gaming experience slot more fun and enjoyable.

I bought my son the carbon-tek storage unit back in January 2025. Upon opening it recently I’m noticing the unit looks used and maybe was a return. There are white spots, hand prints ( not mines) damaged wood that was painted over. I wasn’t able to build the unit until not, but wasn’t expecting used furniture for the price I paid. Now I’m stuck with used/ damaged furniture.

Chair is very comfortable and has zip off covers that can be washed which is great!
The only downside is the chair is very low to the ground with no height adjustment. Standard height gaming desk makes it very awkward and uncomfortable
Love the ability to lean/recline back. The ottoman is pretty sturdy.
Overall great set!!!
