Xq Vip Recenzje

Absolutely wonderful. I have ordered several times and cannot say enough good things, truly. The prices are very honest, the products are accurate, the packaging is always beautiful (it seriously makes my day), there’s often a free gift -it’s is such a bonus to try out samples, shipping is quick and the customer service is exceptional. The owner is amazing, she’s quick to respond, she clearly cares about her customers and this community beyond it being a business, and talks to you like a human-not like typical insincere customer service responses, but is always friendly and helpful, which is refreshing to say the least. Absolutely recommend🤍🤍🤍

I don't usually leave reviews, but this one is much deserved. I've been trying out a few different diy beauty vendors over the last year, and I came across xqvip. I didn't expect much but I was blown away in the best way.

First, the packaging was beautiful and everything arrived so quickly with such care. The products themselves were even better. You can tell when someone actually curates their inventory with intention, and that's exactly what this shop feels like. Everything I've tried so far has been high quality the real deal and always packaged with expert care.

What stood out the most, though, was the customer service. The owner reached out to clarify a detail on my order and was genuinely kind, not scripted or robotic. It's rare these days to feel like an actual person and not just another order number. I even received free goodies with every order and that felt so personal. It makes me only want to purchase here.

If you like supporting small businesses that put care into what they do and genuinely care for their customers, I'd recommend giving this shop a try. It's become one of the few places I trust to order from without hesitation.

I have ordered from XQ a few times now, and have had a great experience. The amount of care and attention to detail is always clear when I open my package
Everything is secured, kept cool if needed, and there are always sweet little extras in my box.

Even when there were minor issues during a time of transition to and from different websites/platforms, XQ responded promptly to my concerns and quickly resolved them. And, to me, how a business handles times when things inevitably don't run perfectly is the best indicator of their reliability.

Buyer beware!! I ordered several times hoping the next time would be a better experience but it never was. Nothing but excuses from the owner. I ordered Botox it comes warm, I have received other people‘s orders instead of my own, she will never offer you a refund she gives you a store credit and repeats the same terrible customer service. You pay extra for shipping and she ships it the cheaper way that takes at least 10 days to get to you so your product is warm resulting in an unsafe product. She’s a terrible business person and she is not trustworthy. I have filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and I intend on taking legal action .

I don’t have enough good words to say about this site!! And the owner she is so sweet and if you have a question she will get back with u asap!! She cares about her customers … she has all the latest and greatest!! And if she don’t she will get it soon!!.. all the products are the REAL DEAL!!… ordered on Sunday got my order in 2 days !!! And guess what I don’t pay 40 dollar shipping!!…I’ll close with this .. best prices around so if you were thinking about it ! do IT GRL ORDER!!

Paid for my order on Sept 25th. Went to shipping Oct 2nd and was supposed to arrive on the 8th. Order did not ship, only a label was created. Will not buy again. A refund would be nice

Dont waste your money here. I have not gotten my orders. I've spent over $150 and still waiting. Looks like they ghosted people. It's awful! They need to reach out to me and send me my orders or refund asap.

Amazing! Great communication and fab customer service. I ordered and Maria was quick to respond.
My package even had extra goodies.
Thank you!!!

So easy, fast and responsive. No issues, no stress! Ordering through xpvip from now on!

Phenomenal business, great prices, amazing product selection, terrific customer service, and fast shipping!
The whole package ;)

DIY girlies are you sick of waiting for international orders to arrive for your beauty cosmetic orders? Do you use certain products for migraines to help you. I have migraines and can't play around with my tmj. i couldn't wait days to see if my migraine relief would go through clearance or not. I was stressed until I found a US vendor who's a woman owned company and now I get all my migraine and wrinkle elixir relaxer needs and more from her. Maria is wonderful and I even have a code for you to save some. I'm happy to share about her just hope yall leave some goods for me. no more customs issues, she's here in the US and all about empowering women. She carries more than wrinkle relaxer as well, that's just what i ordered here different ones to try because if you deal with migraines you know how much it can take. xqvip is where im happily shopping knowing my order is sent with a little extra and a note from the owner herself. I love supporting women based businesses and i had a long phone conversation with her myself, she's genuine and I can't wait to watch her business flourish. Her turn around time was within a week. Use BEAUTY.FITNESS for some extra s@v!ng$

I'm always concerned when choosing a new vendor, but Maria eased my mind. She quickly responded to all my questions and even sent me a couple items for free to try. I received my order quickly and even got free shipping because my order was more than $50. No other shop can compare to XQ.

Love buying from Xq VIP! They are legit and super fast shipping!!! Thank you!!

I made a mistake the first time I ordered and the owner was quick to respond and gave many options for a solution. I reorder a few days later and shipping was very quick! My package even had extra goodies in it like lidocaine which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be ordering again!
