A éviter absolument

Souscription le 17/09/2025 pour une résiliation d'abonnement "DARTY MAX", mon compte débité le même jour des frais soit 29,95E CODE DE SUIVI 006562178884, NUMERO DE COMMANDE 5817922 au service DARTY.
Depuis cette date, non seulement DARTY a continué de me prélever ses commissions (16,99E) au titre de "DARTY MAX" chaque mois et comble de tout XPENDY aussi à hauteur de 7,95E également chaque mois !
(et cela malgré un courriel de contestation de ma part en date du 16/12/2025, A.R. DE XPENDY DU 16/12/2025 - 18H58 avec promesse d'une réponse sous 4 jours ouvrables, en précisant et là, c'est un comble également, de ne plus envoyer d'e-mail avant d'avoir reçu une réponse de leur part !!!)
Depuis aucune réponse, prélèvements maintenus aussi bien par Xpendy, mais aussi bien sur par DARTY MAX
qui semble donc ne pas avoir reçu de résiliation....
Visiblement une pratique courante chez Xpendy il suffit simplement de vérifier les avis des autres clients sur le site.....EDIFIANT....
Maintenant cela suffit, j'adresse tout le dossier à mon assistance juridique pour action à suivre, nous sommes malheureusement à mon avis proche d'une escroquerie d'envergure !

Vous voulez résilier un abonnement Amazon Prime et vous êtes redirigé automatiquement sur leur page.
Sans rien leur demander ils vous prélèvent 29.95 € dès le lendemain et après ils se servent non stop.
Faites opposition tout de suite afin qu’ils ne touchent pas cette somme qui est une arnaque.
En fait ils auront attrapé votre IBAN par Amazon.
Surveillez bien vos comptes parce qu’ils vont essayer de passer d’autres opérations.

Ik heb nog nooit een abelemend opgezegd wat een oplichters ze blijven maar geld van men rekening halen ga er nu echt werk van maken.

Let goed op dat je opzegt direct bij het bedrijf of bij de stichting.
Ikzelf ben er in gestonken omdat ik dacht dat ik met de stichting direct van doen had.
Groot was mijn verbazing, dat er na enige storneringen € 69,95 (incl. € 40,00 aanmaningskosten) afgeschreven werd en daarna nog 2,5 jaar € 4,95 per maand.
In totaal heb ik € 214,00 afgerekend voor één simpele opzegging van een jaarlijkse bijdrage van € 50,00. Dan had ik de kosten van Expendy liever aan de stichting gegeven.
Pas op voor dat stelletje oplichters.

They did not cancel but took money from my
credit card and refused to refund after charging
me again AND debiting the company I wanted

Wederom een berichtje van deze beruchte club, nu weer met de vraag "wij hebben al een tijdje niets meer van u gehoord"???????? Logisch want ik heb al diverse keren aangegeven dat mevr. van Dijk is overleden dus hierbij de tip graaf haar op en stel haar de vraag persoonlijk.

Xpendy was dishonest about obtaining my business. I never engaged them in the first place to cancel a subscription from BetterMe. Some how, while I was online asking BetterMe to cancel my subscription, Xpendy got in between the request and the next day I realized I had been scammed becauae, they were saying thanks for my subscription to Xpendy. And, charges of $14.95 had been shown on my visa account.

I didn't fill out any account information, so I couldn't understand how I had hired them. They took my money without my authority.

I have repeatedly asked for a refund from Xpendy, but they sidestepped the issue several times.
BetterMe, initially, had returned my money on my first request for a refund and Xpendy was still acting as though I had hired them.
Xpendy is, in my view, a scam company. Not to be trusted at all.

I was not aware that this was a ongoing monthly fee. I am a senior citizen and I did not mind paying for the collection letter but I do not have any other reason to use your service in the future and cannot afford to pay a monthly fee. I hope you can take care of this problem for me. I did not know how else to get in touch with you. I tried to use the email you have on your web site but it told me there was not such email so this is the only other way I could get in touch with you. Please leave my name off of this review. DO NOT sign up for Xpendy. You WILL BE SORRY. They WILL RIP you off. They WILL TAKE your money and do NOTHING. They ARE A FRAUD, and will be held accountable.

I want to remove my membership from xpendy but there is no way to do it. i want to cancell but am stuck paying every month even though i have never used it.

XPENDY not the company they claim to be, that they will help by getting a cancellation and refund for a fee .One thing they do very well is take the fee but do nothing to help with the problem.

J'ai voulu effectuer la résiliation de mon contrat avec HOMIRIS. Je n'avais pas envie de faire un courrier j'ai donc trouvé Xpendy qui se proposait de faire la démarche en mes lieux et place. A l'origine la démarche avait l'aire gratuite, mais à l'arrivée il m'a fallut donner mon numéro IBAN. quand j'ai cliqué pour envoyé mon accord, j'ai reçu un mail qui m'informait que je serai débité de 29,95 € pour la démarche. Cette dernière était déjà effectuée ou serait effectuée sous 48H00. Après vérification la démarche n'a pas été faite. J'ai réclamé et reçu un mail comme quoi je serai remboursé même le prélèvement avait lieu quand même. Il s'avère que ces malhonnêtes désiraient effectués 2 fois le montant de 29,95€ le même jour. Heureusement que ma banque a un détecteur de fraudes car il était indiqué que la fin de leur autorisation de prélèvement que je n'ai jamais accordée se terminait le 3/11/2023.
