Amazing experience …
We have had a great experience with the xp gear team. They worked diligently to design exactly what we wanted. There follow through was great and the didn’t leave any details out. We’re extremely happy with the quality and there prices can’t be beat. We’re very happy with all they’ve done for our club

Timely, Helpful, On the Ball, Great Service @ XPA
The XPA Team did a fine job at listening to our design ideas and creating exactly what we wanted. They were upfront about the turnover time between orders and delivery and everything was precise and to satisfaction. They are competitively priced and the quality of their products are top notch. We have had many compliments from the community on the look and the team has enjoyed the gear and wears it with pride.

XPA highly recommend!
XPA staff was very patient with me in the design process with color changes and logo. The production period and custom order policies were plainly printed during the ordering process and easily understood. We placed the order early December and expected it to be delivered late January or early February, the order was received in early January, complete and with no issue. The team and parents love the custom gear look and quality. We will be placing another order soon.

Not happy, all the way around
When I placed the order and was quoted on the order, I was promised the singlets for the team before January 20th. I'm aware of the 18-25 business days for their production and every single time I asked about where the order was at in that stage, was reminded of that policy without letting me know about how long. I'm also aware that a specific day couldn't be projected but I wanted an estimate, and wasn't given one but instead unfortunately blown off. Further aggravating issues also arose with team member Jess repeatedly telling me that I had only placed my order "5 days", "13 days" and "18 days" prior, when in fact it had been over a month. My order still isn't here and it complicated things even more when they put the wrong address on my shipping label.
Had I known the policies up front, I never would have placed the order because it wouldn't have arrived on time. I'm very unhappy with the lack of communication, inconsistency in their order system, and lack of support. Their hustle to make a sale unfortunately cost the team several thousand dollars in shipping costs and another rush order being placed to get singlets in on time, with a less than stellar product. I just hope that the order, if it even gets here, doesn't have any issues as I have trepidation at reaching out to get things fixed if an issue arises.
Better communication between production and sales staff needs to happen, in my opinion, with the sales staff receiving reeducation on not over promising and under delivery, as the production and customer service reps are the one who catch the flack.

To clarify, you placed an order through a team store set up by the head coach/lead. We absolutely offer phone and texts for placing orders as is the standard. Our policy of only allowing email communication for customer service is to ensure clear and accurate communication with our customers through our help portal, as phone conversations can often lead to miscommunication or missed details. However, I understand that this may not have been the most convenient option for you and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding the delay in fulfilling your order, we did have some challenges during that time which resulted in a longer processing time than usual (by about 5 business days outside our normal promised window). We take full responsibility for any delays or complications with orders and are working tirelessly to improve our processes to avoid these issues in the future. We even rushed the order at no cost once it was complete. The team store date was reopened due to parents ordering the incorrect sizes, etc, which was the case in your first order. We even refunded you part of the purchase to help offset a mistake that was not our fault.
Regarding the quality of our singlets, we stand behind our products and want each customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer a satisfaction guarantee per the care instructions of the garments, and would be happy to work with you on a resolution that meets your needs.

Love our singlets….ordered 9 custom singlets in December right before the holidays and received them at the beginning of January. The singlets looked exactly like the mock up they sent to me to approve. Always got a response either via text message or email when I had a question or concern. Will be ordering again from here

Missing item.. long delivery time
Placed an order online December 28th for two individually designed singlets. I was charged for both singlets. January 20th I received my package to find that there was only one singlet that was shipped to me. My sons have a huge event to attend in 2 weeks and now I have to figure out how to the company can rush and ship the singlet to me. I’m very disappointed with the order.

First off let me start off by saying I don't know what company doesn't allow phone conversations only emails and text messages very poor customer service.. our Wrestling Club ordered singlets for our entire team. After a few washes the singlets threads are falling apart . Let's not forget the multiple excuses on why the order wasn't filled a holiday it was excuse after excuse our gear still has not arrived. they're still multiple orders that are not filled and the season is almost over. the company offered a 15% discount off the next ordered I don't know who in their right mind would go back to a company who didn't fulfill their obligations in the time frame they said.. we even asked if they wanted us to pay for expedition of the singlets they said no need we promise they will be there on time we were willing to pay.
My suggestion would be go elsewhere you get what you pay for lesson learned

poor customer service
I ordered a non custom singlet on December 12th, we are well passed the 8-15 day mark for production and my order has yet to ship. I am extremely tired of using your customer service which is no help and won't give me an updated timeline as to when my order will ship. When I did fill out a request for help I was sent and email calling me by a different name and giving me a tracking number for my order. When I clicked the tracking number it takes me to the FedEx website and tells me the shipping has been canceled by the shipper. I was even given a 20% off code that I will more than likely never use due to your poor customer service and not sticking to your policy of production and shipping time frame

We noticed your delivery date was delayed almost 5 days due to a request to change the date + location to a pickup resulting in additional delays. However, this is certainly not the level of service we strive for at XPA Gear.

The communication lacks but promises fulfilled!!!
The sales side and conversation is not good. The assurance that we will receive necessary singlets isn’t strong. But in the end they did exactly as promised, even arriving 1 day earlier. When spending school money we have to be careful with a scam, and prepaying is not standard policy for schools. In the end y’all got it right! Singlets are good just as promised.

Aloha, I gave a rating of one star because this has been a terrible first experience with this company. Mainly due to the person I was working with for my order. Kelly was the main person I went with for my team's orders. For example, in the beginning, I communicated with Kelly what I wanted for my team. This included a team store, singlets, jackets, and sweatpants. There was no sense of urgency on her end; therefore, we aren't getting our orders till the end of the season! Whenever I raised my concerns to her, she was defensive and unhelpful. She was just so difficult to work with! I requested to work with another representative of the company, but I was not able to :(

Our sales team handles all accounts to ensure efficiency and avoid any downtime. We want to clarify that none of our customers work with just one dedicated person. We understand that you may prefer to work with another person, but please know that multiple people are responsible for your account.
Regarding the edits on your orders, we want to assure you that we give our artists one business day to complete edits and return them to you. With over 15 edits across your four orders, this process does take time.
It is important to note that the submitted PO was given to us on December 1st and was ready to ship on December 26th. Our normal turnaround time is 15-25 business days, so we finished ahead of schedule. However, the issue arose when your school delayed paying us. We have been requesting payment from you since December 21st, and we finally received payment on January 10th.
We want to emphasize that this delay in shipping is not our fault. We completed your products on time and have been patiently waiting for you to pay so that we can ship them to you.
