I am writing this warning to the global trading community regarding XM Broker's severe operational negligence and their untrustworthy third-party payment infrastructure in India.
On September 24, 2026, I initiated a deposit of ₹8,000 INR into my trading account (ID: 450238900) using XM's official UPI deposit channel. The amount was instantly debited from my Punjab National Bank account to XM's assigned merchant, Vivek Jan Sewa Kendra (UPI ID: 9759353513@mairtel), under UTR: 626736264240 and Order ID: 158275599.
Although XM's payment portal marked the transaction status as "Done", the funds were never credited to my trading balance. When reaching out to customer support, they merely assigned Ticket #6KCPTH and provided generic delays without resolving the issue. This is not an isolated incident; XM previously subjected me to an unacceptable 15-day delay for a simple deposit.
XM routes client funds through dubious local intermediaries who sit on client capital while XM's support washes their hands of responsibility. Because neither the broker nor their merchant credited the funds, I have registered a formal banking dispute via NPCI under Complaint Reference Number (CRN): UPIHAQhVmvbu73.
Traders should be aware: depositing via local channels with XM carries extreme operational risk where your funds can vanish into a bureaucratic black hole between the broker and their unregulated payment agents. I demand an immediate manual override credit to my account or an unconditional reversal to my bank.
