Overpriced for subpar fabrics. They smell upon arrival, and customer service is brash and dismissive of your concerns

Good styles and look books. I really like the new designs and color options. Also love the catalogs

Cheap quality for an expensive shirt. After one wash the colour faded leaving splotches of yellow across the back and on the sleeves. What was a beautiful green ("Scout") shirt when I purchased it looked like a rag after less than one month. One of the buttons also popped off even though I rarely did the shirt up. Terrible quality, I regret the purchase. I am surprised this company can be in business.

Buyer Beware! Return window is 14 days only. Holiday gifts purchased in early December are NOT returnable. I even offered to pay for the return shipping and requested a Store Credit and was denied. Clothing and Accessories are very high end so extremely disappointing ~ a complete waste of ones time and money. A return window of 30 days seems reasonable (especially during the holidays).

I love their clothes so much. Sizing can vary sometimes but the styles are super cute!

They did a great initiative to help people affected by the LA fires which was really thoughtful and more than some other brands did.

Such a good company, I love their designs and they've really been stepping it up over the years. I've always had a good experience with their customer service.

Most of these bad reviews seem like they're from people who just couldn't get their way and are throwing a fit.

BEWARE i believe this company is a scam !
They are operating like they are part of the Italian brand but in fact they are a copycat of the real company because I ordered some sale items that were advertised on sale
One item said final sale and the others were on sale but still returnable - when I received the clothes they were VERY poor quality and looked very cheap and like fake copies and then the they wouldn't refund
This COMPANY is COMPLETE scam - NOT real or just selling defective merch

No service. Expensive, bad quality and no returns because there is no customer service which is not what their lovely website states.

I have tried to cancel an order on the same day as I placed it. I wrote 20 E mails to customer service to let them know that I wanted to cancel, but they never replied.
I was left on live chat for over an hour no one bothered to answer . Has to be the worst customer service ever Peter

Bought a dress on sale and the neckline was a cheap version of what was pictured….Xirena would not return it and insisted it was the same! Awful customer service …buyer beware!
