Hi, thanks for your review. We aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours. So they will not always be processed on the same day, which is the case if requested towards the end of the business day or later EET. If you process them early in the business day then typically they are processed on a same day basis. We suggest you reach out to your relationship manager should you like further assistance with withdrawals.

Hello, we are unsure why you believe the minimum deposit is R249 (ZAR). It is actually 100 ZAR if you fund by Instant EFT. This information is published on our website here: https://www.xglobalfx.com/accounts/deposit-method/

Their customer service is top notch with a staff even whatsapping me which was helpful. Just the 5 day waiting period is a killer for withdrawals which are still pending

If it is an International bank transfer then these can take between 1-5 business until received to the beneficiary bank. However, if you ask we should be able to provide you a payment receipt to show it was sent from our side immediately. Please contact your account manager or support if you need further assistance.
